Seems to have built a decent understanding with McManus already, and he ticks all the boxes - positioning, timing, happy with the ball at his feet, aggressive without being a liability. He's better in some of those aspects than others, but he seems like the type to work on the things he lacks (not really basing that on much other than his few interviews), and that's all I'd imagine most fans at our level would ask from a player. However, I think it will be difficult to make much, if anything from selling him due to the nature of the two year deal unfortunately. I've been impressed every time I've seen him, except today, out of position a few times and a bit panicky at the end when we were defending too deeply.
