  1. Even the best teams in the world are always trying to improve there first 11 not matter how successful they are,for robinson too completely ignore the starting line up and concentrate signing guys for the bench was lunacy,I could understand too an extent if we had missed out on signing targets and we had to rethink a bit and go down a different road but robinsons priority from the off was too only strengthen between 12-18 and it's debatable whether he's even done that,I just don't get why a manager would have no interest in making there starting line up stronger than the previous season.
  2. To be fair though mate, there isn't any real bedding in required,10 of the starting line up today played for us last season.robinsons insistance over the summer on strengthening the bench rather than making our starting 11 better is going too come back too haunt us.robinsons choice of substitutions along with woeful finishing cost us today, main looks like somebody thats never seen a football before and as for sammon,he should have been dropped off and tynecastle after the game last week and told not to come back.
  3. I really hope were not after that callachan as he's utter dross,i would hate too see the likes of turnbull pushed further down the pecking order by us signing a jambo reject.
  4. Robinson's team selection and approach to next week's game will extremely interesting,if we go out with the intention of playing hoofball and getting caught up in a slugfest with accies, then I really will fear for us this season, frear, johnson, bigi and turnbull to start for me as well as campbell coming back in.injuries and suspension are always going to be a negative away too a good side like hibs, there's no excuse next week at home too accies,we have a cracking pitch,it's time we got some players on it that actually want to pass the ball about on it.
  5. He could have improved the midfield and gave us something different up front over the summer but he chose not too,he was only interested in strengthening his options from the bench, which was a ridiculous move.like you say hopefully there is some money too get atleast a couple in as we badly need it as the team looks a shambles right the way through right now.
  6. He is a one trick pony though, today's game is nothing new,he's a long ball merchant with no plan b and his summer signings indicated he has no intention of trying too change things.
  7. Our midfield is horrific, for robinson not too have done something about it over the summer has been criminal.
  8. With hartley short of fitness and dunne out injured, cedric is the last player we could be doing without but if the club feel the money is right and he goes to wigan then so be it but let's just hope robinson has a decent replacement lined up or we could be in a bit of trouble at the back.
  9. Hartley was poor,he looks really off the pace, his fuck up that nearly allowed Clyde in after we got it back to 2-1 summed his afternoon up,it's early days for donnolly but he looks a bit of a bombscare.
  10. Do clyde only have permission too open one stand these days as im surprised there only opening one for this, either we won't take as many through as we normally would as the game is on the tele or it could be a bit of a shambles getting in.
  11. I don't think it's down to budget but more down to just how robinson wants us too play,we're badly needing an attacking option in the middle of the park but it's just not going to happen,I think if it was down to budget and we didn't have the money to sign a creative type then we would have seen bigi and to a lesser extent turnbull more often than we have.the writing was on the wall as to how we were going to play this season when both rose and grimshaw signed new deals and then you throw in the signing of sammon,we can only play one way and if teams have sussed us out after last season then we could be in for a bit of a struggle this time around.
  12. Bigi's days must be numbered,we're overloaded with midfielders and crying out for somebody that can make a pass but yet he can't get any real game time.i would like too see him or turnbull start against qos but I don't see it happening.
  13. Dreadful, predictable performance,no attacking threat from the middle of the park just like last season and our options up front give me the fear.it sounds like robinson was more interested in improving his options from the bench rather than improving the 2 areas in the starting 11 that really needed it.
  14. According too the sun online, sammon is on the verge of signing
  15. Sammon is pish,i would be really disappointed if we ended up with him,I'd much rather we gave one of our youngsters like scott a chance too be more involved in the first team squad than sign a diddy like sammon.
  16. I'm not really a fan of either strip,it looks like there wasn't much thought put into them.
  17. Going by the highlights of this guy he seems too be comfortable in possession and his first thought is a forward pass, which is two qualities were lacking in the middle of the park,im certainly not getting carried away over a few video clips but hopefully he's the midfielder weve been crying out for.
  18. I don't know what' worse,us offering money for murray or hibs turning it down as the guy is a complete donkey.
  19. I would rather we signed a striker with a bit of pace and a creative central midfielder that could play beside campbell rather than taking a gamble on ciftci being the creative one in the final third.
  20. Hopefully thats not the case as the last thing we need is another astroturf park in the top flight, all clubs have ongoing costs when it comes too there pitch, sticking down a shitty plastic one should never have been allowed as the solution.they made clubs spend money on making there stadiums all seater and then your forced too induce watching games on the likes of hamiltons pitch, where quite frankly you would get more of an even game playing in morrison's car park.
  21. According too the sun, were leading the chase for o'halloran.I heard were after Jordan Thompson that was at livingston last season.
  22. there was no need for boyd's antics back in the 2011 final,he was lapping up the attention from the celtic end on the walk around the pitch and as soon as he got too our section he was kissing the badge on his celtic scarf, considering he started his career with us and lifted the scottish cup as captain, you would think he would have shown a bit of respect that day.in short he's a total cunt and is just part of a really long list of reasons why i would love us too stick it too they bastards on saturday.
  23. All we have heard for the last couple of weeks is how the intensity is as high as ever in training, with Robinson also saying he's had too hold the players back at times and then we go and approach this game like it's a pre season friendly, absolutely shocking stuff two weeks away from a cup final.
  24. Who's comparing the two,it was said based on today's game Clarke is the better manager which is nonsense as we outplayed his team for most of the game.
  25. For anybody too say Clarke is a better manager based on today is just nonsense,we were in total control of the game and had we had a rub of the green we would have won quite comfortably,it was just one of those games that come along every so often that no matter what we did we weren't destined too get anything from.as for Clarke if that's the best killie can muster, thank fuck he wasnt anywhere near the Scotland job.
