Went for Nicky Law. Also thought Stuart Carswell had a great game this afternoon

Hutchinson,Carswell and Higdon were all tremendous

 

but Nicky Law was the standout

 

been a wee while since I've said it, but he is the footballer in our side, if only we can release him to do the job more often

 

oh and special mention to Hately that tackle when Hutch had slipped, shows he still cares enough to fight for his team mates even if some fans have written him off

Thought Hammell had an excellent game, Nicky Law was immense though

Law. Our player of the year so far and the best player in the SPL outside Celtic.

Carswell had a great second half and it was good see hateley get a positive reaction for that tackle. He is a important player for us and we need him a good state of mind.

A few good solid performances, however for me Nicky Law was the stand out.

Carswell did the dirty work and the running that let Law play, but boy did he play. Thought they were our best two by quite a distance though Higdon gives himself a chance with ytwo goals. Went for Law but only by a nose from Carswell.

Went for Law , ran the show in midfield . Carswell took a while to get into the game (understandably) but had a great second half .

Higdon, scored ANOTHER two goals today, even though I've seen him play a lot better.

Hutch and Ramsden were solid at the back

Hateley had his best match defensively in a long time

Carswell covered every blade of grass, and ensured we never missed Lasley.

Hammell never put a foot wrong.

Humphrey was pish

Higginbitham looks like a really good addition and linked well with Ojama and law

Ojama, is such a tireless player who causes defenders nothing but hassle, he must be a nightmare to play against.

BUT Nicky Law was my MOTM, he was faultless today and I actually think he benefited from Lasley not playing as Carswell is much more suited to defensive duties which allowed Law to press forward and dictate the game.

Seems to be gradually getting back to form.

Bit harsh on Humphrey in what was as good a 'team' performance as we've seen in a while, but, I'd plump for Law too, didn't deserve to be on the losing side last week and did his best work facing forward and not his own goal like he's had to more often than not this season.

Not a fan of Humphrey and never have been. More often than not picks the wrong option, and for whatever reason seems to be slower now than when he first signed

Nicky Law easy but a good few performances today including Humphey, he chased down the ball which lead to our 1st goal, tracked back well and harried the ITC defence. I'm not a great fan of his but no way was he pish today.

I watched the game live on a link and I have to say that was as good a 'team' performance as I've seen in a while just a pity there is no Team button.

 

It was difficult one to pick however in the end I gave it to Hateley.

Feck it , I'm going for Ojamaa. OK, so Nicky Law was outstanding , but the wee man had as good a game as I've seen for a while and gets my vote. Great shift from Carswell too.

Nicky Law for me but they were all good. Special mention for Hateley, he has rightly taken pelters this season but he had a cracking game yesterday

In a good team performance Nicky Law was still head and shoulders above everyone else.

 

No poor performances at all IMO but best of the rest were Carswell Higdon and Hately. As I said in the match thread thought Henrik was excellent in the first half but faded in the second.

Went for Shaun Hutchinson.

 

It took us a while for the midfield to get going yesterday but Hutchinson was great for the 90 minutes.
