Seems that we won a lot a few yrs ago, and the club allegedly paid out a lot in bonus money those seasons. Has this changed and therefore effort levels dropped? Weir seemed to do a good job previously and we've yet to hear anything from our new directors. The likes of Burrows, McCafferty and Hutchison don't have the know-how.
