I would like to take a minute to appreciate Oxbrough's perfromance tonight, He made some vital saves to keep us in the game ❤️💛

Saw Louis didn’t celebrate at all when he scored, still a class act.

Some thoughts on last night. First of all, that playing surface seems to look better every time we see it. It is now a thing of real beauty and really adds to the sense of occasion on a night like last night. I was reminded of how Firpark can be one of the best grounds for atmosphere in the whole of Scotland. It brought back a sense of nostalgia for big nights in the past at Firpark. I think what is particularly noteworthy is the amount of late goals we are scoring. Successful teams do this and it is a habit that is very nice to see. Congratulations to everybody involved at the club. You can see what it meant to the players and the coaching staff in the video posted above. I think the momentum has been building to a night like last night for some time. Happy days.

Fantastic night to be a Well fan. They don’t come around often, but nights like that are what keep many of us chasing a dream.

The Daily Record represents everything that is horrible about football in the West of Scotland. I cannot remember the last time that I looked at a story in that rag. It will be at least 20+ years ago. No interest in promoting Scottish football in general and every interest in the promotion of one particular club at the expense of all else. Out of sight , out of mind is the best policy with that type of journalism.

I tell you thing I would be getting Ox putting pen to paper on a new long term contract right now seen enough from him to tell me he will be another that will get better more first team football that he plays. He has stepped up and delivered.

Some turnout eh? Well done to the folk that made it happen.

We will be the weakest of the 4 teams no danger, however, aside from Celtic we shouldnt be trembling at the other two. Will be tough but both are doable

I hear the Motherwell Former Players Club has moved its office to Paisley.

As well as being a better goalkeeper he's a calm presence compared to Kelly. Every time Kelly had the ball he'd start shouting, pointing, bouncing it like a maniac and carrying it up to and often over the 18 yard line. It definitely didn't help the team.

Oxborough has been a real breath of fresh air mental we've had him sitting on the bench for 2 seasons just him coming for crosses releives so much pressure on the defence.

Still can’t quite believe we filled fir park with the game on tv and we didn’t let ourselves down? It’s been a long long time since we’ve celebrated a win at home with such a good crowd. Brilliant night, bring on rangers cos sure as sh1t they’ll be drawn apart from the other uglies in the semis.

"So here's to you Zach Robinson, well fans love you more than you will know.....whoaaa ho hooooo" What a night, absolutely buzzing. We deserved it and bar a shaky 10 min spell were better team. Ox outstanding save, miller different class but credit to all players and what a crowd and I include the utd support in huge numbers. Bring on Hampden. Only confusing moment was some fans booing moult, didn't quite understand that, but hey ho. COYW

Good character shown and deserved it in the end.
