Sounds like a bit of carnage in the dressing room afterwards. Les' comments are particularly interesting, he seems gutted that Barraclough is away. Would imagine that him & Barra had a conversation after the game where Barra admitted he had no control over certain players and wasn't up to it any more. Feel quite sorry for him now. Think it's also safe to say that there are some complete and utter wankers that play for Motherwell FC right now. Hope Craggs goes right through some of them. Really interesting times ahead.

Said it a few times, but Mark McGhee is my pick of the bunch. Anyone who can make a player out of Jim Paterson & Steven McGarry and make David Clarkson so good that an English club would spend £650,000 on him is alright in my books!

Anyone thinking he'll walk on his own is mad; if he walks he gets zero compensation, whereas if he's sacked he'll get a payout. A lot of fans say that McCall left us in the shit last year, but IMO it was quite the opposite. He knew he was no longer up to the task and left to the benefit of the club, something I admire him for (then again, I love McCall from his time here, so I might be biased). As for the game, no idea. Two up front, Jake Taylor benched and Ainsworth & Johnson to find form would be nice. Would imagine it'll be 4-5-1 and long balls fired in at Louis Moult to do nothing with, and to be 2-0 down by half time.

We actually looked to have created decent chances, and could've easily won on another day. Two things to mention; firstly, Scott McDonald's utterly abysmal free kick right at the end and then jumping into the Accies player with zero chance of winning the ball and giving away a free kick is a summary of how shite he has looked so far this season. Secondly, last week I noticed the ref made an absolute howler when right in front of him an RC player karate kicked one of our players and never got sent off. Same again this week, right at the end, how the fuck is the ref not giving a penalty for that? Scottish football is, overall, absolutely pish by the looks of things.

Held out for as long as I can, as I really genuinely like the guy and want it to work for him, but it just isn't happening. It's time for him to go. We were 'punching above our weight' for a good few years, but after time what was once classed as 'punching above our weight' is surely now 'expected'. Never thought I'd say this, but us getting pumped every week is unacceptable. We as Motherwell fans should expect better, and we won't get better with this guy at the helm. Time to go.

Fully agree. Say what you want about Barra but he's not afraid to bench guys like McDonald, Laing & Johnson when they're off form. Can see why he left McDonald in for a few games as he has real quality on his day, but he's been minging so far it seems this season and his time is up. Would imagine it's a 4-4-2 with Taylor out the left. Actually quite suprised/pleased to see the lineup, and reckon we can win now!
