Skippy isnt an attacking midfielder. He would be wasted there, he is a poacher type player and would be wasted behind the striker IMO.

Reckon Skippy & Sutton would form a brilliant partnership. Would compliment each others style of play. Get a flat 4-4-2 formation, get the wingers playing where they should be. Then try sort the defence out...

Still think a friendly (if possible) would have been the best option. We cant shite ourselves to play bounce games just cause of bad luck with previous injuries.

Dont know if this has been posted anywhere elses but just wondering if anyone has heard of a bounce game/friendly being organised for this weekend? Thought it would be a good chance to get some of the new lads out seeing as we have no fixture.

Hopefully a change of club will freshen him up and he hits the ground running so to speak. I wont judge him til i have seen him & let him get a few games under his belt. Hope fellow Well fans will do the same.

Just glad to see new faces to be honest, think another striker and someone who can score/create goals from midfield then i would be happy. A goalie isnt gonna happen so no point in hoping.

St Johnstone have ripped the cunt out of us every game this season and that was before the problems were as bad as they are now, i have every right to think that things will be worse now with the injuries and poor form we are in.

Nothing to do with not encouraging the team, its more about being realistic on what i have seen this season. There is nothing to suggest we are capable of beating St Johnstone. As i have said i hope i am wrong but i wont hold my breath.

Based on how St J have been playing and how we have been defending i cant see us getting anything from this game sadly. I hope i am proved to be wrong but we are getting worse by the game. We are saying there was an improvement at the weekend, i dont agree, i just think by all accounts Dundee Utd were very poor and they still pumped us. As soon as we drop behind St Mirren or County in the league from the position we are hanging on to by a thread now (which will happen soon) then that is us done for unless there is a quick couple of signings made. Sadly i think at this rate we will be relegated automatically.
