I have to agree with most of what has been said about the first half. Motherwell are slow and ponderous in the build up, second best with the accuracy of passing, County offering not a lot, Long not in the game. A difficult second half coming I think.

I actually thought that Lamie was decent at Livingston, but he has been very poor since joining Motherwell. Mugabe is improving but has a long way to go.

Don't you think that the only time that we are able to hem a team in is when the opposition allow it. Accies and Dundee United clearly had a tactic of sitting in and allowing Motherwell all the possession in front of their back line. When they come out, we don't look at all comfortable.

Not if they sit in against us, let us run out of steam, wait for Robinson to make some crazy substitutions to try to win the game and then we oncede softly on their first foray upfield.

Absolutely correct. The front line is static. The whole approach is too slow and deliberate. We need to find a new way of playing or better coaches to teach the guys up front how to disrupt a defence. Any team that sits in will likely beat Motherwell 1-0.
