I've been looking for 'well vs hibs from season 91/92 for years. Early season, think it finished 1-1. I'll do a wee search to clarify the date. Would love to get a hold of it. I was mascot at the game and I'm sure my old granda' had a copy of the programme but I'm not sure what happened to it.
Edit: we drew 1-1 at home with hibs twice that season, on August 17th and February 2nd. I reckon it's the August one I'm looking for though
I genuinely thought Gomis' performance was one of the worst I've seen all season. He looked totally out of his depth and lost the ball cheaply on countless occasions putting us in all sorts of trouble.
I went for Mcdonald, I just couldn't vote for Ripley despite a brilliant performance, that mistake was too costly.
I was a firm 'not for me' until this week. I'm now completely on the fence. If the well society can improve their communications and assure professionalism i'll be on board.
I'm not for the 'fans need to step up' chat. It's brutal.
We definitely had a big support. I'm sure we filled the stand behind the goal and had a fair amount in the stand to the left of where we were. My memory may be clouded by time and alcohol though. What a brilliant night it was.
That's an unbelievable result under pressure. Looking forward to reading the thoughts of those that were there.
Surely the playoffs are the worst possible outcome for us now? There can't be a way back for United, barring a miracle.
Players are awful.
Manager is awful.
Fans are awful.
I might post something more insightful later. What I won't be doing is paying £23 for that shite again.
Utterly scunnered with it.
