Taken from Pie and Bovril.
Now the dust has settled on the (unexpected) Deadline Day big cash prize event, I had posted a variation of this around the time of The Magnificent David Turnbull Transfer Saga in the summer that's sort of worth updating.
Since Hutchison took over (30th Jan 2015) and in turn we became fan-owned we've seen these reported fees (a pinch of salt should obvs be taken):
19/20 - James Scott (Hull City) - £1.5m - Transfer
19/20 - Reece McAlear (Norwich City) - £250k - Transfer
19/20 - Jake Hastie (Rangers) £300k - Development Compensation
19/20 - Stuart McKinstry (Leeds United) - £400k* - Transfer
18/19 - Ryan Bowman (Exeter City) - £30k - Transfer
18/19 - Cedric Kipré (Wigan) - c.£1m - Transfer
17/18 - Louis Moult (Preston North End) - £500k - Transfer
17/18 - Ben Heneghan (Sheffield United) - £350k-ish - Transfer
16/17 - Marvin Johnson (Oxford United) - £750k-ish - Transfer
16/17 - Stephen Pearson (Atletico Kolkata) - £100k - Transfer
16/17 - Ben Hall (Brighton) - £210k - Development Compensation
14/15 - Lee Erwin (Leeds United) - £500k - Development Compensation= £5.89m
That obviously omits anything that may be due from Chris Cadden shafting us and I've also seen mention of Kyle Semple to Rangers for about £50k but he was still listed as a Motherwell player in the last Scotland u16s squad so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
During McCall's entire tenure (30 December 2010 - 2nd November 2014) these players left:
10/11 - Mark Reynolds (Sheffield Wednesday) - £100k
11/12 - John Sutton (Hearts) - free
12/13 - Steve Jennings (Coventry City) - free
12/13 - Jamie Murphy (Sheffield United) - £100k
12/13 - Nicky Law (Rangers) - free
13/14 - Darren Randolph (Birminham) - free
13/14 - Chris Humphrey (Preston North End) - free
13/14 - Henrik Ojamaa - (Legia Warsaw) - £300k
13/14 - Michael Higdon - (NEC Nijmegen) - free
13/14 - Tom Hateley - (Tranmere Rovers) - free
14/15 - Shaun Hutchinson (Fulham) - free
14/15 - Henri Anier (Erzgebirge Aue) - £300kTotal: £800k.
Did we not get a further sell on fee with Marvin Johnson ?

Is there any 'proper' highlights anywhere other than the 2 minutes job ? Like SBCMFC , I don't understand the Edouard one with Aldred. If it's reckless/dangerous/deliberate then it's a Red.

Does anyone know if there's pay at the gate ?

Problem with the Jamie Murphy move apparently.

Maybe Rangers want to pay it up over 10 years ?

Jim Spence tweeted this to-day during the SFL meeting
'Sfa will not allow rfc newco into spl says Stewart Regan'
Suggests the vote is pointless anyway or they were just trying to bully SFL into allowing Sevco into Division 1.Did no-one else pick this up ?

Apologies if posted already/elsewhere, but a Thistle fan at work tells me we have Chris Erskine on trial. Attacking left sided midfielder apparently.
I asked a Thistle supporting mate about him when the story first surfaced and his assessment was that Erskine is "pish". Does anyone know much about him ?

I've tried searching for it but cannae find the original post but can anyone point me in the direction of the details of the amatuer footie club/ bowling club offering beer and BBQ to Well fans. It might be handy for some friends taking their kids to the match. Is anyone else planning on going there ?

I go to Hampden for Scotland games and quite often start and end in Shawlands, there are a few decent pubs like the Granary who cater for football crowds. Its just that this time , it may be full of Celtic fans.
My plan for the final is to stick to the city centre , somewhere mildly expensive for some booze and grub that will keep the grey and green riff raff out and avoiding pubs with O' in the title.
Then taxi out to Hampden as that will be 'our' end nearest town.

Goodwillie, Swanson and Conway. OK since you would expect those three in, which three of the Squad would you kick out for them? since you were expecting them in the squad.
Read all about it , poster jumps down other posters throat without reading original post shock
Goodwillie, apart from Miller , take your pick.
Swanson's better than Conway although he's still a half decent player, take your pick . Don't know who is really on form at present. Brown isn't, for example.
If I had intended to say , I think there is a conspiracy by Levein and Houston not to pick Dundee Utd players due to the cup game , I would have posted something like " I think there is a conspiracy by Levein and Houston not to pick Dundee Utd players due to the cup game ". You have read something into my post that I didn't write. Still haven't read why Goodwillie wasn't included, for example. He is the SPL top scorer, Scottish and making lots of headlines. That usually means a cap , n'est pas ?
I don't think I can say much more on this
-
Absolute codswallop. Unless you can prove otherwise. I guess our Assistant Manager, Kenny Balck is in on the conspiracy too....
If you actually read my post, you'll see I am expressing surprise at the squad. I would have expected to see Conway, Goodwillie and Swanson, who seems in a decent bit of form, in the squad at least. Kenneth ,I think , is injured although I hope his caps are behind him. I am curious at the reasons and not alleging conspiracy ....unless it suits me at a later date
.
Kenny Black pits oot the cones rather than picks the teams I think.
-
Just seen the Scotland squad and Houston has no Dundee Utd players in the squad when he and Levein have been chucking caps at them for fun previously. Disappointing for the players though, not aware of them being injured

0 shots on target according to sky sports.
2 on, 7 off says the bbc. 6 on target for St Mirren though..
Poor result. Makes you sad, time for a stella

I know shaun maloney watches every meal and drink he consumes, as in nothing at all that isn't part of his strict diet. Who is to say there aren't others in the scottish game who do the same?
I always thought he was a bit of a porker as well. Might just be a baggy shirt
-
you would think with the pace we have we could exploit them, as they must be taking some amount of chances.
Ye wid think that !!
