  1. I should probably make it clear that I do really like Erwin and can easily see him becoming a massive asset for us over the following seasons, but he is a very very rough diamond right now.
  2. I'm sure Erwin will be sitting at home tonight kicking himself posting as "Rednaz".
  3. I meant in a "football brain " sense - I'm sure he's a delight off the pitch. He has no awareness of who or what is happening around him when he plays. Twice we were on a break away today and he was taken completely surprise by Ainsworth trying to play him in. A few weeks ago he attempted of one of the most blatant and unnecessary dives I've ever seen.
  4. You'd think he'd get about the same as a key player for, say, Alloa or Dunfermline as he does for warming our bench?
  5. I'm not sure why Mchugh still sticks around tbh. I'm sure he could make a pretty good career poaching in the lower leagues. I've always felt there is some sort of untapped skill in him.
  6. Good first half, we fairly lost the head in the second. Not a fan of the Ramsden/Lasley midfield pairing. Think we need either Vigurs or Lawson in there besides one of them with a better range of passing to control the pace of the game. Lee Erwin has all the raw physical attributes that should tear this league apart but the boy is thick as fuck, his positional awareness is just bizzare at times. Why do we hate Christie Elliot again?
  7. Should really be three dots in that ellipsis.
  8. Was anyone implying that we would be using him as slave labour?
  9. The two statements can still go together. Yes-we have improved results wise, but there's still a lot more to do.

    Psycho

Great bunch of lads the Northern Irish.
  11. Ainsworth "utterly useless". Jesus Christ.
  12. How long has Angol got left on his contract? I've tried to defend him in the past but he's clearly not good enough.
  13. Well don't leave us hanging - what happens next?
  14. Probably the most sensible, if a bit uninspiring, choice.
  15. Absolute nonsense, a creative player like Vigurs is exactly what we need when we're struggling to score.
  16. Sutton has been dreadful this season but also has a brilliant scoring record against Ross County, tough call between him and Erwin.
  17. The fact still remains that Terry Butcher has took over SPFL teams midway through the season twice and relegated them twice.
