Big Softie Philliben the last inductee into this year's Hall of fame. Delighted for him and my Dad would have been delighted as he was a big Philliben fan.
Felt so sorry for him missing out on 91 cup final squad but a legend scoring equaliser in 94 cup tie at Tannadice and classic post match comment....."gives us another crack of the Cherry" 🤣🤣
I believe Kettlewell paid £100,000 to sign Shaw from Hibs when County manager.
I have given him plenty backing but yesterdays selection and formation was just bonkers. As far as I am concerned anything less than 3pts Home to Dundee and I think change is needed. I like him and way he comes across but his signings have just been honking and now he is just trying bizarre formations.
V Dundee I would go Kelly with a back 3 of Casey Bevis and Blaney
Gent and Spencer wing backs with butcher holding midfielder with Spittal and Paton in front of him and Mika and Bair/Obika up top
Turnbull on bench again, this time the Norwegian in team in place of him. Not great for us as he is out of contract in summer and if he had any sense would tell sellik where to shove new contract
Problem for us is our chance of sell on fee goes also
Only positive was the impeccable silence at start of game. Well done to both sets of supporters. My grandfathers and Mrs Grizzly's grandfathers were active in the war so great to see it respected
I am big SK fan but I fear it is now desperation. Bair and Wilko as wingers..... Spittal LWB and Spencer bloody LWB ,2nd half......as my mates said in pub the only 2 good signings have been loanees...Spencer and Mika.
We have the worst selection of strikers I have ever seen. However.....I am still giving him chance to turn it round. Let's see how December goes. If no change then I hold my hand up and admit change required
Cue Motherwell Times from that match. Bottom left wearing black jumper and troosers and wearing same scarf that I do now (my gran knitted me it in 1977 and still looks great)
Hi folks, isn't a former strip thread so wasn't sure where to post this.
Anyone see any of Rangers v Sparta Prague last night? Sparta wearing almost carbon copy of season 1981-82 strip. Ahhh brings back memories of going onto pitch as a 10yr old celebrating promotion after a 0-0 draw with Clydebank.....was also on sportscene that night
Exactly, not many expected us to get a result at Tynecastle and we did. As I say a lot, we need our fans to get right behind the team. Any signs of discontent transfers onto the pitch and plays right into Hearts Hands......SIWY
With pyros it just seems to be an issue for away games. I can't recall any sets of fans letting them off in their own stadium. I think stewarding comes into it also. Proper searches might help to stop any being taken in.
But also it needs proper communication between the club and the fans groups.
I have given Bois plenty praise and 2 of my mates lads are part of them so I know fine well the enthusiasm and great work they do. Issue as usual seems to be with a small minority which you find with everything in life.

Quite right too. These shouldnt be anywhere near inside a football stadium or anywhere else. Try saying to folk with respiratory issues what they think of them.
