Must be some amount of negotiations and I can understand it from both parties.
After getting 6 out of 6 pts and a total different attitude from players we have had .aye but buddies and Jambos were rotten to ...aye but Hammell won 3/4 games..
Could be totally wrong but I don't feel that with kettlewell. I have been impressed so far but I also can see it from boards point of view as they won't want to commit initially to a 2yr deal say.
Deal to end of season with 2yr contract extension if we stay up. If we go down he gets academy job back

Yep if all fit then go with same formation. My mates and I discussed this in pub after game. Feel sorry for McKinstry but at moment if sticking with 3 5 2 I am not sure where he fits in. Eventually want Butcher in midfield but for time being doing just fine with Casey and McGinn in that back 3

I can hear what a few are meaning as in Hammell won 3 out of first 4 games but this feels different. Look at the transformation in Spittal, Goss and KVV past 2 games plus the tweak in formation and even Kettlewell on sidelines when he is directing players and very animated, unlike Hammy and BK.
What I will give Hammell credit for is if he was involved with the signings then Casey and Butcher look great acquisitions and Obika with more games under his belt will improve same as young Furlong.
I would give kettlewell an 18 month contract and let's see how it goes. I think he has earned it with past 2 results

Absolutely loved it today, awesome performance and no failures. Butcher for me a massive signing. I know only 2 games but kettlewell made huge difference. Next 2 games are huge but I will make most of tonight, COYW

Well as I said before and on many occasions, we need all 3 home stands to create a great atmosphere and get right behind kettlewell and the lads. If all fit I expect same side but everyone got a part to play, let's do this....COYW
