You mean like craigan, lasley, hammell, uncle phil, mcfadden and now moult..mmmm you seem to get shot down with most of your posts/comments on here,or maybe ive just took the bait
You know I could actually attempt a new version of Billy Joel's "we didn't start the fire" with all the past players we have signed a 2nd time!!...lol

I think the joy and enthusiasm from Louis says it all. Legend
-
So to summarize we have signed 4 guys on loan.
1) a left back which we badly needed and who looks like he will be a solid signing
2) a winger from Huddersfield on loan who was here before and knows what club is about.
3) a Leeds winger who is a diehard well fan and you know will give it everything while he is here and actually showed lovely touches on Wednesday
4) a legend first time around who again knows the club and will do his damnedest while here and hopefully chip in with a few goals.
You know what, I know we all have our views but I personally am happy with the signings. COYWWWWWW

Seriously?
I get that he is injury prone but I don’t see how anyone can can describe this as a disaster, on paper or otherwise.
Exactly. Fitba isn't played on paper

Where exactly is the risk many folk are exaggerating? If he is fit but only half as good as he was, then he will be the second best striker we have. If he is anywhere near as good as we remember then he will push and concentrate VV. And his work ethic and hunger will rub off on the rest of the squad
If he is injured and cannot play then you would expect the terms of the loan to allow us to return him to his parent club. He has fond memories of Fir Park and clearly gets on with Hammell. So his commitment will not be in doubt.
The wages have been freed up and I would rather we give Moult a chance than try some journeyman second rate striker. If it does not work out with Moult, there will be plenty Free Agents available and that option will still be out there.
It is a punt, but I don't see any risk. Are we better off player wise than we were last night? Well we are certainly no worse.
Absolutely spot on

Let's be honest, if we were getting the Louis of 4 years ago then no way would he be here on loan. However we were all desperate for another striker and we have got a guy who if you look at his Twitter account still has great love for our club. I hope it works out for him and he deserves all the time and patience. If it doesn't then he still gave me one of my best days as a well fan when we won league cup semi v gers ... COYW

If there is substance to Louis stories and he signs then I hope fans are realistic and don't expect instant miracles. However let's just wait and see. COYW

I expect to get Watt to get loads of pelters but hope nothing OTT. Would rather focus on our own players

Christian Ramirez worth a punt on?

Started well for Ojala but sadly didn't Finnish well !!

Would like a centre half but defo need a striker. If KVV gets injured or suspended we have limited options as all wingers although Shields could play there but I am still not convinced about him
-
I have been really impressed so far with Hammell, the way he speaks, the fact he has given youth a chance, it is a long term project but early signs certainly encouraging

It's constructive criticism all just commenting on an aspect of his game that needs improvement , a bit like the feedback you get for your jokes

Ahhh, when you put it like that....fully understand. Lol

He's not under fire. Seems no-one is allowed to make any comments about Kelly unless it's to worship him as it seems remarks about his ability for dealing with high balls and distribution and comparisons with previous keepers (choosing Chapman for this, is of course one option) are taken as unacceptable.
I am not worshipping Kelly. He has made mistakes same as every other player. I just felt it strange he was coming under fire. But hey ho we all have our own views, COYW

Nobody has mentioned the performance of debut boy Penney, I know the opposition were dire but have to say I was impressed by him tonight and certainly looks a decent addition.
Glad he had a good debut or he would have taken a POUNDing, I also believe his favourite player is Raheem STERLING. sorry folks, still happy after tonight's result

Means no pressure going into the game, no one expects us to win. I would love to beat them, don't shout at me but I actually don't mind Ange, comes across as a decent guy. However an element of that support just disgust me with their antics

This is an absolutely terrible comment...Did you actually go to the game?.. We created lots of chances, lots of one touch football and free flowing stuff all over the park...ball was pinged about on the deck all over the place. Efford probably had his best game for us on the right. Tierney was unplayable and Goss was spraying great passes all over the park. Defence were outstanding when called upon and mopped everything up. Even under pressure they didn't punt it up the park and played the ball on the deck out of bother. I have no problems about where the goals come from as the players were breaking their neck to get in about the goals and were just unlucky not to score.
Agree 100% , I actually said to my mate leaving the ground "I bet ye someone mentions only 1 goal from open play"
