I wish Connor Shields well in his move to India, my worry is he ends up back at a Scottish club and scores a few against us.

Very early days and I am not going to make rash judgement but Obika and Wilkinson don't look like a double act that are going to score lots in the SPFL . Spittal and Slattery I hope can chip in with a fair few goals but we definitely need some more signings in those areas. I trust SK to address it

Goalie and back 3 pick themselves. SOD rwb. Lwb maybe give Wilson a chance or might even be McGinley. 3 midfield I think Slattery Spittal and maybe Paton, rest miller for Dundee game. Obika and Wilkinson up front.
One thing though which I hope doesn't affect guys on this forum but let's make sure all players get encouraged and none of this booing nonsense. If you don't rate a player then booing hardly going to help them. The only booing that should be heard on Saturday is from my mates when I crack another pun 🤣🤣. COYW

I would love to see us go back for McKinstry and play him just behind Obika or Wilkinson. He doesn't seem to be SK's kind of player but we need pace and creativity in forward area unless there are some being lined up

Yep I found it bonkers we had fans booing McGinley, guy been out injured for a year. Now don't get me wrong I don't rate the guy but I would never boo him or any other player. This seems to be creeping in more and more with some supporters and really needs to be stopped.

As for the frontline I never thought Obika would be our main goal threat and what’s a tad alarming for me is Wilkinson going missing and involvement in the games he has played so far.

I think one thing that's guaranteed this season is that Spittal and SOD will be the whipping boys again which I find bizarre. Spittal's assists and goals record is very good, yes he makes mistakes but who doesn't?. Also I thought SOD done fine yesterday apart from some bizarre wayward passes. Had a vital clearance 2nd half which seemed to go unnoticed.

Not great performance but 3pts the priority. Definitely feel we need another striker as not confident with Obika and Wilkinson but early days

I have full trust in SK, just like the way the guy goes about his business and seems to realise where we have issues and where improvement needed.
