  1. I think the uproar of the fixture list is being blamed on our cup defeat to Albion Rovers, well that seems to get blamed for everything!!! ba boom
  2. All about opinions, simple solution is make sure we finish in top 6 and have 2 old firm home games no doubt on tv
  3. I don't follow twitter so would have no way of knowing. Well Society really need to start getting their communication sorted. OK I only donate £10 a month but that is all I can afford, but at this rate I'll cancel my agreement. fed up with lack of communication........end of rant
  4. I am in Well Society and have received no email, shockeroonie!!!
  5. so basically if you don't follow twitter you have no chance of knowing. I never received an email either so have contacted Well Society to see what the score is. Hardly good for trying to get new members when the current ones aren't being contacted. COYW

Also I didn't realise Ally Maxwell was a coach in USA now, fair play for coming over, feel guilty about slagging his beard now!!! one of best goalies we ever had and a travesty that final was his last game for Well
  8. Watching it was great but very emotional, especially at the end when the players spoke so highly about uncle Phil, Coop, Mowgli and Jamie, all well legends and never forgotten
  9. I was there but I didn't realise that Christopher Lee was our goalkeeper!!!! he he, jeez he has aged a fair bit. But not as hilarious as fact that the Man of the Match was David Bowman!!!!!!!! outrage
  10. To finish 5th is great considering where we were but today was an embarrassment. I have been set to get my first season ticket in 25 yrs but watching that would put you off. Before I get pelters calm down, I am getting season ticket and I pay monthly to well lotto and well society so don't need to justify myself. Roll on next season
  11. Watching Hibs v Falkirk if Falkirk lose we should go for their left back Leahy and the guy Sibbald in midfield, both young but a lot of gamesvplayed
  12. It just shows you how much Well means to Craggs, Lasley, Hammell and Faddy. Add Big Mick and we have a wealth of experience that the youngsters could learn loads from. Early days but future looks very promising. Might do a Leicester next season!!!!! heh he
  13. Great result and looking great for the future, coyw!!!!!
  14. Would hate to move to new stadium. Also not good for local businesses. Can hardly go for post or pre match pint if in middle of Ravenscraig site.
  15. Conspiracy as half well team had 1_0 on coupon!!! Heh he. Great victory, Skippy immense but I thought Kennedy and Big Mick were excellent
  16. I was at that game, Coop was amazing and added about 2500 to our gates, at that game there were over 8,000!!!. My first game was April 1977 as a 5 year old when we beat Ajax 4-2 in a friendly. A Hamilton lad Born and bred but my Dad was a Motherwell man and made sure I would follow the Well, been a rollercoaster but wouldn't swap it for anything. COYW!!!

    Mark McGhee

I know McGhee annoys a lot of folk due to his arrogance but hey if being arrogant gets you 12/15 pts I can accept that
