I get really annoyed that every time we lose a game it's kettlewell must go. After Ross Co away I thought his time was up but we have rallied since but yes Friday was a nightmare and Kettlewell was badly at fault. ..team selection..... tactics.... substitutions.....no plan b. However what he does have is a dressing room that are together. I don't see any signs of a team downing tools. That maybe explains defending Kelly but of course I wouldn't expect a public slating ,( he ain't Derek Adams). I do think if he can get through this season with us in top division then he will definitely get offered a new contract but nothing crazy. 2 years max but big improvement in recruitment required.

I think Kelly's problem is where would he go? I think he would struggle to be first choice elsewhere in SPL or down south. On a big wage so if he didn't sign a new deal I wouldn't be too bothered but also if he did re-sign I wouldn't be upset either but I feel would need to be on reduced terms which I would not expect him to sign which I couldn't disagree with

He certainly has, can't disagree with that. I just feel that SK singled him out yet other players can make mistakes but nothing mentioned.

What annoys me is SK publicly came out and slated Gent after Hibs game. Must be ok to slate Loan players. I have no doubt Kelly is a great professional and popular with all of the squad but fact remains he has not been good this season compared to previous seasons

If Casey fit enough then I would start him ahead of Butcher who just isn't the same player. Miovski will run rings round him. I would also be tempted to start Devine and Jili in wing back roles. Get Halliday back in at expense of Paton. COYW

It was a bad night and Kettlewell got so many things wrong. Tactics, substitutions etc but at same time the players need to have a look at themselves. Kelly for me is one player I wouldn't be bothered about if he doesn't sign a new contract. Another howler last night from him. And if we take up option of another year for Obika then that really would be bonkers. We really need a response against Aberdeen and get back to how we had been playing the previous games

Been kettlewell fan and defended him a lot but he cocked up badly tonight. Obika ahead of Nicholson,? Jeez. But we all make mistakes so not jumping on get rid of him bandwagon
