We have CB’s that don’t win challenges we have the slowest midfield in the league, we need about 5 starters in this window which we won’t get, Hammell can’t turn this around he lacks ideas, he lacks knowledge, the whole team needs cleared out, sorry to say but only a miracle will keep us up.

Wouldn’t say Valrikari is poor, he would probably have wanted cash, to bring in his own squad, cash we don’t have, let’s all be honest Hammell was the cheap option, don’t know where our transfers are coming from but they need to be excellent and soon.

The sad thing is they are defo going to score, they will have a vast amount of chances as well as our one or two gifts throughout the 90 mins, so I means realistically we have to score two or more to win game, as someone posted earlier, flip the subs on keep everyone injury free and on to the next three super important games, sounds defeatist but that’s the life of a Well fan at the moment

Think we need to forget about this game and try and finish 90 with no injuries, the three following games are massive, players then need to step up and give us 9 points we need to get us up the table.

Any other team in the league see’s that game out, but we have been defensively weak for over a year now, with a very slow midfield offering little or no protection to the defence. Look at Killie last night, they were brutal and offered very little but there two CB’s won every challenge, guys were flinging their bodies in-front of everything, but we still didn’t learn, it was constant high balls or set pieces played straight to their giant of a keeper. We are too easy to play against.

Need at least five in in January, if Penney is away need a LB, need a CB, need a midfielder like wee Al that will run all day and create space, and two forward players, a goal scorer and one with pace that can play either wing. Not asking for much, hope the board will back us.

Obviously you weren’t at the game, Midfield were absolutely honking, dithering on the ball, passing to blue shirts all game, leaving the defence exposed, Moult was excellent doing the running and chasing down that the old Van Veen used to do, game was there for the taking today, but they just looked fitter and sharper than our boys. It was a hard watch.

Thank god we are getting a break from this, at the game today, we were rotten, midfield is so slow and easy to play against, Moult was the only decent player today and you can see he still isn’t match fit, Shields came on and offered absolutely nothing, there is zero fight in this side, we need at least five in in January, guys that want to win football matches, every team we play are hungrier, quicker, sharper than us, difference today was St Johnstone’s finishing was as pish as ours.

I’m with you wanting Hammell to succeed, but it’s poor goals every week, shocking mistakes and a very weak static midfield, 5 in in January is a must or we are bottom two.

I think that performance today tells us we need at least 5 in in January, whether Hammell is the guy to take us forward or not he looked upset at the final score, too many pretenders in our side, no one wants to step up and do the job they are paid to do, fingers crossed the board backs him, then we will see if he’s got it or not.

Can’t wait for the Alexander esc after match analysis, we can’t keep conceding cheap goals(every week), decisions don’t go our way, deal with the problem so we don’t need to rely on decisions. Midfield is shite, defence is probably the worst in the league.
