Fair points but allied to the hearts and rangers games which we lost when the opposition were a man down , clearly there's players not working hard enough. Mkinstry does some good things when he's on the ball ,but he needs to get on it more.

Just on the subject of Gordon, I saw a stat yesterday that He has faced the 2nd most shots in the league, think Kelly was 4th most I know they say a good goalie can win you a few points a season but Gordon's contribution must be well into double figures. As others have said a half each and they would both have got a cap

Cornelius is becoming better by not playing, not saying he doesn't have attributes and maybe should get a run just so we can judge I like Goss and Slattery but they do lack dig , spittal is chipping in with goals, but we do something else in midfield You are saying he has pace, I haven't seen that, . .like I said give the boy a chance, he does have energy but that's a bit of a prerequisite for a pro footballer.

That's a couple of posters commenting on the lack of youths ... Presumably if they were good enough and ready,they would be in ...it's only going to dent a young guys confidence to put him into a struggling team

I think jotas goal was marginally off, although if you were giving benefit of doubt to attacking player, it could have stood, not unlike vv on Sunday They really are managing to make even more mistakes than pre var which seems illogical.

Yep , that's my point , need to get balance right, an Alan Campbell type in there , we don't seem to have that at moment

I don't disagree but both decent footballers if we can get balance right... remember cooper and Russell, they weren't fast or good tacklers

Slattery picks up bookings regularly for tripping or pulling back opponents, so we aren't that nice ...partly down to him not being athletic enough. I think he's a decent footballer , as is Goss, but they definitely lack athleticism Don't need to foul them , just put in some meaningful challenges for starters

But why didn't we pick up those extra points? It wasn't all bad luck We have defended really poorly at times and given away goals at points in games when we shouldn't , e g last minutes of games As shown last night livi and Ross Co are going to pick up points, not world beaters but looks like they know how to hold onto a lead A couple of shrewd additions in Jan and I will be more confident.

Another way of putting it then, we are shit and so are officials Their incompetence is a separate issue to our defending they contributed to our loss yesterday but so did our defence, midfield I've just watched build up to penalty , why is nobody closing man down , tackling him. Apart from soft red for hearts, not sending Gordon off, Goss onside , corner incorrectly given. He had a reasonable game That's a different issue to us being so weak and unprofessional We get the officials our game deserves

Sorry, I think at the minute we will be in or around bottom 2 , too weak , to lose 3 goals v 10 men is championship form
