If Slattery could maintain the 3 good months we get from him at the start of every season then I would keep but sadly his form rapidly goes downhill as the season goes on. Think he will look for a team down south closer to home tbh.

Just shows you when the a player meets the right manager anything can happen.Kettlewell and the coaching staff have brought Bair on ten fold with the right coaching,proper analysis and Bair has listened worked hard to where he has got to this season to this point. Fantastic from all involved and this is the kinda video I hope the club makes more of found it such an insight.

Sorry but Bevis has been outstanding for us recently and his efforts on Saturday confirmed to me he is more than worth a new deal also figure in the fact he is good for a few goals a season 100 percent keep!

And this is what pisses on my chips about Kettlewell why has he took Vale out the team?Him and Bair worked well together on Sunday we having shown nothing up front 20 mins in from open play.

For me soon as Butcher came on the defence went from being decent to utterly all over the place. Kettlewell says he goes over the match after the games vigorously well if he can't see how bad Butcher has become then I have no words for it.He offers us nothing would say it's a plus for our opposition if anything if he is playing Nobody can tell me that he is worth a new contract that's for sure.

The amount of goals we have lost 90+ mins has probably cost us about 10 plus points this season. Butcher has to go the guy is so past it the injury he had has finished him.

He is a total liability now and I hope we don't sign him up for more of this.

If we offer Butcher and Obika any terms come end of the season then we have just threw the money down the drain.We will never ever get a full season out of them ever again. Big Bev for all his faults is worth keeping aound easy target for alot of people but none of the backline can hold head up high this season but then maybe its poor denfence coaching thats to blame who knows.
