The only way we will be able to sign better players in January is by farming a lot of the dross out on loan or offloading them, and I note that Hammy suggested loaning players out in his recent interview. I don't imagine the cost of fixing the recent weather damage will help our transfer window war chest. We need Penney to re-sign, a new CB, new CM, and new attackers.
