R.I.P.
It's a shame how many of these threads there are
-
Eh? I know I don't keep up with other teams as much as I used to but St J got a new ground? McDiarmid is less than 20yrs old, no?
Oops, not actually sure what I meant to say there.

Ahhhh at last
We should have the edge regarding sharpness and fitness because to our competitive matches, but they'll have a boost due it being their fist SPL game at their new ground. So given that I think it'll be a good game.
Like others I think we'll see the same team as the Steaua game, and hopefully with Ruddy in goals to steady the defence and the pace and passing skill up-front we should be too much for them.
I would take a draw, but hopefully a 2-1 victory to the 'well to set us up nicely for the season!

A very worthy cause.

These things:
Aye, cheers!
But seriously

Goats?

Pity he isn't slow, lazy or have dodgy knees, then we'd have another Chris Porter
-
I did see Scott Leitch.
Who didn't come back after half-time

7th would do me just fine this season.

Also in the Record that Gannon hopes to play him on thursday, feeling that a week of training would benefit him greatly.

these names don't fill me with confidence, if are to be concentrating on signing players from down south it should be guys with good first team experience like porter and jennings rather than youths who can't make the breakthrough in the premiership.
Did Stokes not do very well at Falkirk?
-
That is shocking.
Hope the older guys are alright.

What actually happened?

All three goals were taken very well, and a greatly improved performance
All in all really chuffed!

Excellent.
Another couple now

Slane. Ran at them, wasn't afraid to shoot (which nearly paid off) and had a sense of urgency about his play.
Put most of the experienced players to shame tonight.

We seemed to start well and it appeared to be only a matter of time before we scored but were sucker-punched by their goal by bad defending from a corner (sound familiar?).
I thought Jim O'Brien had a good game, as well as Slane and Forbes. Sutton and Murphy were woeful.
While i think we underestimated them, Llanelli seemed to have done their homework, and their gameplan worked perfectly. They got their goal then sat deep for the whole second half, easily dealing with balls into the box.
Also, did anyone else think that referee had a particularly awful game?
And number 4. scott mcdonald in disguise?
-
Wow
Doesn't hang about this one.

Good stuff.
Now we just need players

It would make sense if he could play in both areas, we all know Gannon likes players to be versatile.
