100%, there's not a lot between everyone outside the old firm so things like confidence and belief are half the battle.
I think if we'd held on against United on boxing day it would have been enough to turn us around. I know a lot here will disagree and say that a turnaround couldn't occur without a change in manager, we'll never know if that's true.
I would agree with that also.

Gallagher and Kelly (Chapman-esque in fact) were pathetic for their goal by the way! Campbell was robbed so easily just before that.

Need to build on tonight v Utd next week. We’ve given ourselves a fighting chance at least but we can’t now not win again for 4/5/6 games.
Could’ve done without Utd getting horsed like that considering we play them next, or St Mirren winning so handsomely, or Aberdeen leaving the shooting boots on the bus etc, but crucially we’ve got several monkeys off our back tonight.

My blood pressure was through the roof waiting on the whistle going there. Jesus Christ.

Lamie? Fucking hell.

I would make subs right now.
Several.

Hunt every single one of these fuckers!
35 years of consecutive top flight football is about to come to an end and this is what they’re serving up!!
-
Safe to say there’s been no “new manager bounce”, so what do we do?
-
Lose this tonight and we’re as good as down.
-
O’Hara and Grimshaw still absent, Long and Maguire start, Lawless makes bench at least.
-
One of the many many problems with someone like us getting relegated is we could possibly be down for years like Dunfermline, Falkirk, Raith etc.
Utd threw money we don’t have at it and still took 3 attempts to come up.

Signing guys that can’t get a game for Livingston or St Mirren?!

Knickers wringing all over the place...wouldn't have fancied being in the trenches with any of the shitebags on here
Imagine looking at our league position, players, stats, form, results and thinking concerned fans are the problem.

Either way, the red card was a joke.
Not a cat in hells chance an old firm player would’ve seen red for that.
Just a jumped up ref looking to be the centre of attention.

If you are 13 games without a win (including cup match) and you are bottom and you then you can't win against the team in 2nd bottom who is it you are actually going to beat?
We have Dundee Utd at home afterwards which I think we have a reasonable chance in (depending on result on Wednesday) but after that we have four away games, including Celtic and Hibs, and our only home match is against Hamilton who seem to find it pretty easy to get points on our ground.
My fear is if we don't win on Wednesday night or on Saturday our confidence just nose dives going into a tough fixture list. By the end of Feb the dye may well have been cast. We can't go 19 games without a win and expect to stay up.
Realistically you are looking at 40 points to avoid the play off. We've got 19 points from 66. We now need 21 points from 45 points. That's a big step up in performance.
Time is running out rapidly. In my opinion we need to win against County. We need to win for ourselves but we also have to take 3 points off a rival.
Cannae argue with any of that.

This game is absolutely massive, the biggest of the season so far.
There’s been plenty of positivity from Alexander publicly, which I get, but if there’s a split in the dressing room and players don’t want to be here (as alluded to by Robinson in recent interviews since leaving) then hopefully they’ve been identified and are ready to be emptied. These types are not the players we need in as relegation battle.
If we fail to show up in this on then I don’t know where we go from here. -

If Seedorf starts again there will be serious questions against Alexander.
With Accies at Celtic Park a draw is a decent result to get us ahead of them on points.
I’d agree with the Seedorf starting part 100%. Hopefully Lawless is fit.

Getting sent off for swearing is ridiculous.
How often is does that ever happen? About as often as the goalie being penalised for holding onto the ball for more than 6 seconds I’d wager.....

Denied a stonewall penalty today right right. I mean, a genuinely scandalous decision that should’ve had everyone in claret and amber going ballistic. The fact that none of our players even looked like claiming for it for me shows a real lack of desire or fight.

We have four centre forwards in the frame for a start, none of whom are at their best out wide. Can we try playing 2 through the middle?
Any word on Lawless injury? We are in desperate need of his wee bit of composure and quality on the ball.
Nobody even knew he’d was injured until he didn’t appear in the squad today. Still no word as far as I’m aware.

Would’ve liked to have heard the interview.
Is it available to listen to anywhere?
