Maybe the club made that statement without prior knowledge of the various applicants and their individual contract situations. Possibly just voicing a preferred scenario for having a new manager in place ?

I heard a bit of Craigan speaking on BBC scotland radio tonight. Basically said Bara was a friend as well as a colleague; was preparing g for tomorrow, no time to think long term but job had crossed his mind of course .....Did anyone catch the whole interview?

Sorry if it's been mentioned, but I wonder if it's too soon for Craigan. He seems to be enjoying coaching the U20s but dealing with the young guys will be a different prospect from kicking a few arses in the first team I would think. Will be interesting to see how the next few games pan out
