went for jennings,1st half excellent spreading the ball well, tackling well, and some really good play at times, not quite as active the 2nd half but done his job more than the rest i felt blackman was poor and over the piece sutton and murphy were quiet, craigan an reynolds are noramlly excellent together but everytime we play against higdon they seem to be bullied.saunders done really well before the injury, and i just dont like hately at left back. That sounded negative but we dug the result out eventually and i think we were getting dragged down by them to their level in the 2nd half, rather than them playing well.

gow was in our half for the 3rd goal, only john potter complained from them, just shows how clued up he is, after his complaint to the linesman, the referee(who had a nightmare, for both sides I might add), came over to explain the offside rule to him. also never a penalty btw.

they also have thomas helveg and eric djemba-djemba in their squad aswell.very beatable i would say though

I couldnt tell you,but il find out. in that picture I posted the wee guy on the right hand side of the cup is mark reilly, who went on to play for kilmarnock. Im sure one of them went to rangers aswell, I think the guy the mentioned that was top scorer, not sure how successful his career was though.

http://www.nimilkcup.org/?tabindex=7&tabid=3227 stumbled across this as my girlfriends uncle was in this squad and I didnt quite believe him when he said that Motherwell were the first team to win it. So he showed me the website to prove it, quite interesting read giving some of the names that have played in it over the years and that it has turned to one of the biggest tournaments in youth football. thought i would post it on here, any trophy that we wins worth a mention

said all through the season that hateley is my poty.its a pity he`s had 2 games back to back where he hasnt been at his best, but others have had the same or worse over the course of the season. excellent at the start of the season in midfield, passing and distribution of the ball is excellent and never lost possesion of the ball, kept the full team moving at times.slotted in brilliantly at right back aswell. could have easily picked ruddy or sutton aswell, had excellent seasons. bit off subject, but my early prediction for poty next year is hutchison.

we were talking bout the penalty incident in the pub the day. I am not saying our players should dive, but we definately need to be more streetwise in situations like that, at the end of the day murphy went down and got us a goal.we need to do that at times, because it happens to us, the opposotion always seem to be more clever than us and we come off second best. even at when strikers are on the halfway line, like novo today, a centre half should be right up his arse and hit him early.

not only have we only two home games left, one is next sunday with a 16:15 kick off, and ones a thursday night.what the fucks that all about?? bunch of fucking idiots.

would bite the hand of bristol city for a loan deal.

bumped in to the boy a couple times at starka, quite happy to talk away about motherwell. never seen him play though,so cant comment on that. wonder if we are confident of extending ruddys stay then.

mark mcghees not coming is he?

the referee had one of the worst performances from a referee, that I have seen all season, and thats saying something. I`m not being biased, because both teams suffered and gained through some decisions. Im not talking about major incidents in the game either, I knew it would have been a straight red for coke as soon as i saw him diving in like that, and the full ball no way crossed the line for that cross that ruddy caught. its simple decisions that he failed to make throw ins and corners/goalkicks given the wrong way, silly free kicks given to both teams, and absolulty no consistency when it came to giving free kicks either. you should barely notice a referee in a game, when you dont know who refereed a game it usually means they have had a good game and let the game flow. too many referees, this season especially, ruin games & want to be centre of attention for some reason. richmond has been like this for a while, surely the SFA Assesors must see this every week.

it was because they were so poor and couldnt capitilise that we got a point in my opinion. we had a couple a couple of chances, before and after the sending off, but we just never got the preverbial rub of the green the night at all.

if we beat st mirren on sat, he should be given the managers job as we have not done that for about three years. And if we beat them live on tv(feels funny even typing that) he should be given the managers job for life, as we have not won on tv for years either. then already brown will have acheived that mcghee and gannon couldnt do.

with regards to the previous post about having a good start to the season. before I start im not taking anything away from the team, but me and a few others have spoke about this before. Under Gannons reign(in the league certaintly) we had only really played well in 3 games.Rangers & killie at home, and celtic away. obviously two of they games finished in a draw, even games that we won against hearts, dundee utd and falkirk, we werent particulary great.

oh dear oh dear

how obvious is it that the boy fleeting is a killie fan? cock

Gannon Sacked! Motherwell Part Company with Manager
jamesc replied to steelman1991's topic in Club Chat
heard on saturday bout the contract thing, cant get my head round that.apparently applied for the sheff wed job aswell. iv got no reason not to believe boyle,so gannon can go and take a fuck to himself as far as im concerned. As someone else said fair play to boyle, didnt think he had it in him. just worries me now who we are going to get now. -
this is going to be a farce from start to finish...... can`t wait, bet there will be a fair few there for opening time.
-
i cant believe richie foran and stevie lovell have been mentioned. that would be gutting if they signings were made.would never happen anyway. neither of them are better or are as good as what we have now.both found there level now, especially lovell.
-
we cant afford to drop hateley, most effective player in the team just now.as someone else said possibly an option a right back, to keep riordan out the game and he could swing in a couple of cracking when getting forward, with jennings doing hatelys normal job. I reckon we can compete with there defence and midfield ok, there forward line will cause us problems all day. I would bite your hand off for a draw, but i think 2-0 or 2-1 hibs.

seen michael fraser in pizza hut @ the fort last night, wae another bloke,he must have been duked.
