  1. beating the greeks seems like the easiest way of progressing in the EL if we go there gun ho and come out onto like 4-2 or something that would be amazing i mean no point going and sitting back, lets get stuck right into em and give them a run for their money
  2. 22 goals between them, Ojamaa joined in January and Murphy spent most the time in Midfield but aye we should really look to move them on and replace them with nothing that won't get us relegated or anything
  3. if it wasn't for either of them we wouldn't have finished third, that's something we can be sure about
  4. watched the highlights a few times now and yeah, the pass was perfect and so was the run, it's what sadly we were lacking last night
  5. I'd like to see us play Murphy, McHugh and Ojamaa against them next time, nothing against Higddon just interested to see how well the three of them would link up together might be quite good for a counter attacking style of play and something they won't be expect as they have said after the game we played very predictably and exactly how they thought we would and that they will win and go through next week, think it was boumsong
  6. bbc has written us off greek media has reported they have already secured the finances they needed by qualifying for the next round the guys writing these headlines are going to feel really stupid if motherwell go over there and get a result same with all the rangers fans who had motherwell trending on twitter last night laughing at us losing to them..
  7. there was a few good displays, good team effort, some mistakes and one very decisive counter attack tom hately did very well for large parts and won us the ball which started most of our attacks don't think it was all that similar to against celtic, i think we had a far better chance here, besides the full back and attack mid player(i think) who scored they we're very very ordinary and that's why i still have hope
  8. fuck EL pish talk till the second ties outta the way, we nick an early goal there and its game on, it's only 2-0
  9. put three coupons on last night! one for this and one for motherwell to win 3-0 an one for us to win the league
  10. btw one thing overlooked that seems a real possibility from youtube - their fans getting them chucked out of the competition no matter what the score is!
  11. Kilmarnock are leagues ahead of rangers!
  12. no shit! watching the tripolis game the now in the EL and if that team can get results vs them so can we.. http://www.sportlemon.tv/v-4/2/86/v-428795.html
  13. the word brought does not exist here! its bring or brang
  14. Possibly how they will line up according to pana fans --------------------------------Toche---------------------------- Lazaros----------------------------------------------- Sissko ---------------------------------Zecca--------------------------- ---------------------------Sow---------Vitolo------------------- Spyropoulous---- Velazquez----Boumsong----Vyntra --------------------------------Karnezis-------------------------- this stage last year when they lost vs OB no sure how much they brang but the attendance was just 10 thousand, vs us OB's crowd was closer to 15! an the ref is a dutch banker.. Pol van Boekel
  15. Aye they're paid to play football, but we the fans, the supporters.. have our part to to play. To encourage them to not just play.. but to win.
  16. half our own fans have wrote us off.. the bookies though only giving us odds of 7/2 vs celtic/rangers we are given 1/8 even higher at times seen it vs rangers you were getting 1/14 at one point these are the kinda odds we get going away to heats, united etc do we go there with the "be lucky to keep it respectable", "not a snowballs chance in hell" attitude? If we the fans don't think we can win, why should the players?
  17. Neither of them have featured in there pre-season not even as subs! and anyways We've dealt with Georgios Samaras many a times.. like the 2-0 win vs celtic? he played every minute for Greece in the Euro's I believe and tbh how many of you actually rate him so highly? he misses 1/100 shots on goal! 11 players who were regular features in there first team last season have left, they've signed 6 players, two of which won't actually transfer till the 30th of June 2013.. the other four include two centre backs Andre Pinto and Jose Velazguez, a CF Bruno Fornaroli, and a midfielder Pape Habib Sow. Then they have signed 4 players from the youth team aged about 17, the players they have lost were huge players for them 3 of them made up the back four for most of the season, then half of there attacking options away aswell with junior, ninas, clyton, abseyie and rudolf
  18. the players they have signed are young players on loan from teams like alania vladikavkaz, and players from the venezuela primera division from which i can't even name a team! they have around 9 players who have represented there country at one point, 4 off which are goal keepers! 3 greek players ages 33, 31 and 28 who are regulars 1 Ghanan player and 1 Venezuelan We have 2 Jamaicans 1 Republic of Ireland 2 who have played for the Scottish team.. Several at youth level 1 Estonian wonderkid! And being an "international" doesn't make you a good player.. Omar Daley has been capped 64 x for Jamaica and if he plays there is a good chance he will be the most capped player on the field
  19. don't see why? OB beat them over two legs, then all the financial issues for them.. then when you look through there squad now it's been significantly weakened with 5 or 6 of there best players leaving from last season and they are relying on there youth just as much as we are going into this season, pre-season wise they don't seem to have a very busy schedule and the games they have played they've been very unimpressive in and the new players brought in won't have had a lot of time to gel etc this is not an impossible task, far from it!
  20. think you might be on to something there
  21. ---------------------------Higdon --------------------------Ojamaa Murphy--------------------------------------------- Hump -----------------------Law----------- Las Hammell --------Hutch -------Ramsden ------------Hatley -----------------------------Hollis I'd stick hollis in cause he'd play amazing knowing it would possible secure the #1 jersey Would pick Ramsden over page, Saunders etc just simple down to i think he would complement las and law better Pace on the wings to peg back there full backs so they can't support the attacks Ojamaa to link everything up from the middle playing behind higdon and linking up with the midfield and wings Higdon to bang them in/hold up play and just get stuck right in
  22. aye but winning 3-0 would be a better result than drawing 0-0
