From what I have heard John Boyle still has ownership of the ground and land, but I may be completely wrong. Even if we did own the land and ground its not really an asset, if we sell it we will still need to buy new land and build a new stadium, even if someone else builds it we will still have to rent it for a period of time, eating into the money of the sold land and ground As I say, I was just asking if anyone else had heard anything to do with this. The points made regarding having being in administration are interesting though

Recently,I have heard from a good source, a high shareholder, that no bank will give us anoverdraft facility as they feel we do not have enough ‘assets’, i.e. turnover,fan support, high valued players, etc. Iknow the club are running within itself and making a slight profit, but, isthis down to the above fact and that they have to? Theonly reason I am asking this is now we have no ‘security net’ of John Boyle andthe uncertainty of the owners/set up that is being developed (community idea)then this causes great concern to me as the attendances are on decline and theonly avenue to raise quick cash, if required, would be to sell players and thiscan only be within the window? Justlooking to see if anyone else has heard anything about this, or if I am wrongto rest my mind, and their views?

Sorry for going over old ground as am sure there are many threads about Super scoreboard. Did anyone hear Hugh Keevin's last night? He stated that Dundee U should not be fined or punished in anyway due to the failures in their park. This enraged me so I called in to have my say, and in fairness they put me on. All I wanted to say was, does he think it’s correct that we tried hard on our pitch, by spending £400k and getting specialist involved, bur still received a suspended fine and all the reports from the press. However this season Dundee U and St. Johnston have had more call offs than us and all we hear is “extreme weather conditions” the exact conditions that affected us. I also stated I don’t think anyone should be fined and he went on about everyone trying to blame everyone else, which was not my point. Then I was cut off with Jim saying “we seem to have lost the caller” I don’t have the audio from last night, but believe you can listen on the iTunes pod cast about 55mins in Was I wrong?

(i.e. not towards the ref) Would be interesting to know what he said, as I was in the east stand none the wiser of what happened.

I accept your point. But surely our wige bill is greatly reduced with the likes of hughes, porter, mccorrmick, clarky, smith, mcgarry, quinn, coke, all gone and very little have came in. Also I understand peoples thinking about youth development, however, we often lose any good players coming though, we lost alot with mccart went to celtic, then paul sloan went to, many of them went for next to nothing, we got to look at what airdrie done last week, gave alot of young boys squad numbers and proffesional contracts and that allowed them to sell a boy for £100k to celtic rather than us just fighting for compo all the time

Not once did I say I think it has went in his pocket I was simply asking a question! Surely if the wages, stadium, pitch where a burning a hole in our budget then surely more seasons would show a negative in our end of year accounts? meaning more seasons than not our income is out weighing our expenditure?

Finlay, I have to agree with your point, however, they only got Eremenko due to in being Finnish, but surely we can do better than what we are doing!!!!! I like Boyle and totally understand his possition but surely there must be some sort of money there? or has it all went on the re-laying the park and Boyle's back pocket? Totally agree with you, no ref in the land should be allowed to use "I had man back turned and running away from the ball thats way I never made the correct decision" that surely cant be allowed as an excusse. I do agree there is more than 1 ref at the game and the others, as usual, do nothing

What about booking Blackman for moaning about the refs (including linesmans and fourth official) for not doing their job and retaking the free kick.
