Have to say I think we deserved to win however we needed some luck and our keeper. Our football is good and are now a real handful going forward.
Could have easily been 1-1 but was 2-0 in a minute. Sometime u need the breaks.

Hard one for me. Skippy played really well. Marv was great back to his best. Las had a cracker watch after we scored the first he was trying to get the players back in their half to kick off again and start at them again true captain today driving them on. But moult wins it for his goals.

The BBC report has the attendance down as 42,603, it certainly didnt look anywhere near that from the MFC YouTube highlights.

Decided to go only this morning and so glad I did. Was totally worth it. Been a long long time since winning there in 08 but totally worth it. As like above been lucky to be at both play off games and today and will never forget them.
Just amazing.
Well done to everyone that turned up today. Outnumbered but still the loudest. Also well done to the very wealthy well fan (you know who you are)
On a side note, what was the attendance? It was empty

Started this topic so all the McGhee haters can post their crap somewhere that we all don't need to read about it.
Get over it. He's back as our manager. Build a bridge and get over it. Back the team and manager to get us out this mess we are in.
Many players have done the same as McGhee and welcomed back with open arms McDonald and Pero to name a few.
Everyone else doesn't want to read your negative pessimistic views just cause you can't stand McGhee

Some people on here really need to take a long look at themselves.
The people that are moaning we were crap yesterday were the same people that said we will get a pumping!!! Yesterday wasn't a pumping so can't maon about both.
I though we played ok in spells, it wasn't that bad and certainly was better than Dundee and Morton to name a few

Just home from tonight's game and trying to calm down. I'm not one to push the panic button but I'll tell you two reasons from tonight alone why he should be sacked.
He brought on skippy and moult and took off Robertson and Thomas. The madness part was he put Taylor a centre mid to right wing. Why not take off a centre mid and keep on a natural winger??
Second, we play one up front and hump the ball long and to quickly which means our one forward has no chance. He can't flick it on to himself. Because we do it that quick our wingers can't get up and support him.
When playing one up front we will not beat a single team!!

We currently do not have a sponsor, there is a deal very close to being signed, however, some movement is required. There is no timescale yet

I can genuinely say I have missed only 6 games this year, one home game. Not in the society or a season ticket holder. I seen the announcement and took a unpaid half day off work to q for 2 and a half hours to get a ticket on Thursday. Anyone tell me why a season ticket holder should get a ticket before me?

The total game was set up poorly, the starting line up had 2 attacking players on the park. No shape, balance, or attacking thought.
Finished the game with 4 attacking players on the park, looked like we wanted to win the game.
I think this is the major problem with the team this year.
Also, please watch the highlights and keep an eye on Moore and Thomas' reaction when we score. This is what we need, keen determined direct players who are desperate to do well. I do understand that this wont always work, however, the set up we have at the moment, older out of position defensive players, isn't working to well either

The Society gaining any sort of control of Motherwell will ruin us. It's a disaster waiting to happen. They have continually failed to convice people of their competence and had this been a private investor, there would be some screaming from the rooftops that they should be nowhere near the Club. I can only see horrific times ahead if we go ahead with this nonsense.

Really looking forward to this one. Think we might pip them. I think they are decent but not brilliant.
Glad we are playing Utd though as I really couldn't handle getting beaten by a lower league team like last year and I do think that could have been a possibility.
