the biggest problem we have is that refs arnt accountable. One murmurer from a manager about a refs mistake or bad decision and its the manager that gets hauled up. SPFL are too afraid of the refs striking again to do anything about it. The refs have all the power, no referees, no football. There should be a disciplinary procedure put in against the refs for these kinds of dreadful game changing decisions.

How much we planning on charging for this one? £5 a head should be about right, this kind of game isn't worth any more than that and it might get a few extra in the door if it's cheap.

Our off the ball movement needs work. Player communication doesn't seem to be great, loosing the ball because we pass to where the player was a second or two ago. Johnson is off the boil if you ask me. His defending is shocking and looks completely un interrsted, he just doesn't look around about himself. We need a play maker, a Nicky Law type that can drag the opposition around even when off the ball and has a bit of vision about him.

Not a single one of our strikers is up to standard. Can see Molt and Fletcher developing over time but that doesn't help us now. Why we signed Clarkson I will never know, McDonald is miles off form. Theo is a strange one, he's needing a goal I think, not seen enough of him to judge but from what I have heard he's not good enough. We need a good solid reliable goal scorer, in the Sutton/ Higdon mold.
