Livingston just can’t get to grips with Theo Bair’s running and movement. He’s come in for criticism, wrongly in my view, but when picked he always gives 100%.

He might always give 100% but I'm not convinced that there's not something men in black style wearing his skin right now.

The tipping point for me will probably be if we lose our next two games. If that happens, any remaining reasonable argument for keeping him (too close to the window to bring someone else in/he deserves one more go) will no doubt give way to anger. Would the board feel the same way? The fact two of them are walking shortly themselves might save him if they or whoever is left in charge doesn't fancy the dirty work. Billy Reid survived 22 games without a win, relegation and failure to come straight back up at Hamilton, so anything's possible.

If there's nobody that's got a set of balls in that board room they can hire me for the day and I'll do it.

Something that's also worth considering is that we are now in danger of gaining a reputation as a club who sacks managers on the regular if we punt Kettlewell in the next few weeks.

4 managers in 5 years doesn't make for good reading, and I can think of few clubs who carry out that kind of upheaval on a yearly basis and go on to prosper.

Anyone worth their salt will look at how our board have acted the past few seasons and maybe will think they're better served staying on the sidelines and seeing what else comes up.

I dont think anyone's going to judge a club for sacking a manager that's not won in 15 games. If there is any judgment its going to be on why it took so long.

Sometimes you just don’t have people good enough to play the first team I’m the youth academy or it’s a struggle to keep them here as if they have real promise they’re gonna go elsewhere unfortunately.

I dont disagree but at the same time I cant remember a time where it's been as bad as this. Not a single home grown player in the starting line up is a rare thing for Motherwell.

Our recruitments been poor for years though. Under Robinson we had a scattergun approach and maybe found a couple good players in the bunch. Since then we’ve signed who we have now I lay the blame on the door of Daws and our recruitment team personally.

It's not just our recruitment, even our youth development has produced near fuck all for the last few years. The full place is a riot.

This has to be it for Kettlewell. He is absolutely clueless. Who the fuck is coaching these twats to make the same basic mistakes game after game???? As I said before they wouldn't get near my works  5 aside team. Total fucking imposters from the board room to the playing staff. A club in free fall.

We could get done 10-0 here and they wouldn't sack him.

Pish, how much money a club is willing to pay out in wages to players is no guarantee of their quality or ability, the whole English set up is a house of cards, all of them spending the sky billions and particularly in the lower leagues offering ridiculous wages to bang average at best players, they may be well paid but but they are not all that good at football.

You can't blame the players for taking the money, that's why very few of them come to Scotland and we can't compete because the Scottish clubs with a few exceptions try to live within their means.

I wonder how Morecambe's wage bill would compare to ours, and look how pish theve been.

I know you think you are arguing against me but you are just kind of embellishing my point. As you say they are paying big bucks for bang average which leaves us with the less than average.

You don't even need to go that far back, look at our squad from even just 10 year ago compared to now and you can see how drastically the quality of what we can afford has dropped off.

I don't know where they imagine the ceiling is for Wrexham, but they'll find out. Once you look below the Championship, English football is mostly dross. Adams might be right about the current standard of skill shown in many SPL games but his claim a mid table League 2 side is 100 times better than Ross County is ludicrous. How many more shit players do we need to import from there to prove that?

I would say the fact we can't financially compete for players with league 2 teams tells you he's probably not far off the mark.
