  1. Not going to argue, you may be right - we will see. Our game in Iceland had 'no cameras' yet I watched a live stream in HD
  2. Taking it to 2008 - £11.30using the retail price index.£13.90using average earnings.
  3. check out this link for a live video stream of the game, and listen to the radio commentary because the stream will be in danish or arabic http://www.myp2p.eu/competition.php?&c...3,4,5,6&p=2
  4. William Hill online, so you should get it in the shops as well - if it comes off thats £510 in the hippy for the group stages fund
  5. Its a satellite channel - Al Jazeera sports - so you need a dish and receiver for hot bird, also think you need a card for it as well... anyway you should find an internet stream on myp2p or iraqgoals here is the myp2p page with the game listed so there is a good chance of a stream http://www.myp2p.eu/competition.php?&c...3,4,5,6&p=2
  6. just bet Motherwell 1-0 with Nick A Blackman to score - 50-1 odds, now that was worth a punt...
  7. Well after reading the posts here its good to see the good vibes...I cant do a stroke of work for constantly jumping back to the forums to see what people are saying. I am sooooooh excited and I am only watching it on my own, wi a bottle of grouse and some wine, online, so I can imaging what the guys who are going are feeling like. I know my mates in the FP club will be wishing I was there buying my round or five or six. I am stuck here at work in Denmark and I even looked at flights for this afternoon, but the missus would have divorced me if she knew how much I was willing to pay to get over for the kick off Doubt the boss would have been too happy about a last minute "emergency at home" that requires my attendance she was mighty pissed off i dissapeared last thursday to go to Odense I will have to wait till he group stages now to have more trips So for those guys like me who are stuck on foreign shores can we have some foties of the events - JDs, the EB, Inside the east stand, etc...... Must do some work, Must do some work, Must do some work, Must do some work!!!
  8. Well guys, I went to see FC Copenhagen play Lyngby yesterday, the supposed top team in the Danish leagues. they won 2-0 but jeez was it shit I fell asleep about half way through the second half and my mate had to give me a nudge as he thought I had died . I just think Thursday night caught up with me...lol As I have mentioned before the danish league is not all its cracked up to be, I have seen enough of all the so called bigger teams to know whats what, we should not be fearing this team at all. If Jack and Victor get the tacticts right and sort out the Utaka guy it will be a good night to be in Motherwell. Just a pity I have no holidays left and I need to stay here. hoping that when we make the groups then we draw copenhagen (they will not progress on Wed nigh to the CL!!)...another home game for me!!
  9. I cant believe you guys are arguing\discussing\debating about this, (there is probably some contractual requirement to let them into the ground to do the show from the SPL) the show is shit, cameron is a wanker and he would cause an argument in an empty house..end of!!! they cater for the old firm supporters who have very limited or no intelligence, some of the occassions I have had the misfortine to be listening I wonder how they actually manage to work a phone All facts that nobody can dispute, so lets move on
  10. http://www.fyens.dk/article/1666545:Odense...etorvet?image=0
  11. Well guys, it was well worth the trip, brilliant time in the pub before and after the game. And to see a goal was the best bit....
  12. Well, guys I was there and saw the whole thing... It was nothing, the polis lifted 5 or 6 of the folks who come from motherwell, but were not wearing colours, if you know who I mean There was no fighting at all and I was speaking to one of the guys who got tugged in the pub after the game. Nobody was charged and they were all let out after the game according to this guy. One big guy got agitated for being lifted and got pepper sprayed. So all in all it was nothing
  13. Hmmm...not sure about the free tickets to the travellers...doesn't sit right. I really can't think why tho, but I am thinking that those who have travelled to the away games (me included) are the ones who can afford to buy a home ticket and its the less fortunate fans who have to stay at home that should be rewarded. I know its wrong to assume that if you have travelled then you have money, but its a natural assumption I am afraid.... I know this may not be a popular reply but its how I feel... Anyway, 2 hours to go and I am out of here and on a train to Odense.....
  14. Find the following shops for carry outs at any time of the day, if they are open they will sell you beer Netto, Super Best, 7 -11 basically any place thats open will sell beer. beware that a lot of places close at 6, and carry out food places will shut around 9ish Bring a some waterproofs, it has been pishing down here for the last few days, with floods and road closures. The forecast for Odense is for rain on Thursday
  15. Anybody flying back thru CPH airport on Cimber or Norwegian...you check in via the machines at the airport, these will print your boarding pass, no hold baggage thens its straight upstairs thru security and away, if you have hold bagage then you need to check in via the machine print your card and go to fast bag drop. You will need either the booking reference or scan the barcode on the email you were sent(if any). It will ask to scan your passport as well. Machines are situated in departure terminals, some machines dont do all the airlines, just look on the screens and see if Cimber or Norwegian is listed. The train\Metro will take you to T2 and I am sure I have checked in on the machines as you leave the Metro station. Sounds complicated but its quite easy, just get to the right terminal, Im sure its T2 for the UK
  16. well maybe not, Ive had a few... possible rant going on.. but anyway, Ive seen all the so called top teams here last year and they are no great shakes. I am confident we can surprise them if Jack and Victor get the tactics right same as last away game in Norway. I doubt we will see the same formation as we did on saturday anyway just trying to keep the spirits positive...off to ma bed now
  17. They are only seeded because they finished second in a diddy league, no other reason. The national team keep the coefficients up for them...and all the good Danish players play abroad Trust me guys the football here is pish, its so bad I have stopped going to watch it I have been known to go shopping rather than go to a game its that bad....
  18. dont think you will have trouble finding it, but here you go http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&ie...wloc=A&sa=X Fisketorvet 12, 5000 Odense C, Danmark‎
  19. Don't be so down guys...The Danish top league has one team and one team only and thats FC Kobenhaven. And I dont think they will progress much further in the champs league The rest are also rans, there is no regular competition for the run of the mill games. Brondby are no shakers, Celtic took their big striker Rassmussen last season, remember him....eh no! Randers got in to europe via the back door, same as us last season and got humped in the last round. So these guys are no way the same level as Nancy or Stau B...we have a good chance to progress from this game, we will score Odense shipped 3 goals at home to a no hoper team last round and failed to score away. Our form is far better than theirs in this competion lets keep it real and keep the posts positive...Mon the super Well
  20. Leave at 6pm, google maps says 36 mins walk = more drinking time... Also I have been to Brondby's ground here and they serve beer during the game, proper stuff Im sure, going by the fact my legs would not work at full time, not like in Nancy where it was yon alcohol free shit. maybe one of our Danish friends will confirm the beer availability in the ground?? I can confirm for them that there will be NO beer available during the game in Scotland, so be prepared....
  21. tankie....lol "Angelis Tank Commander"
  22. I think we need to have a bit or perspective here... There may be only half a dozen people on here complaining about the charter, and as I mentioned in a earlier post their complaints were unreasonable because nobody at that time actually knew how much the plane cost. Now that issue has been cleared up, I dont think anybody can have a valid reason to complain about the charter costs anymore... I suppose its in some peoples nature to moan about everything, but they are all entitled to their opinions, we may not agree with them but remember it is their right to express them...
  23. open before tomorrows game tho....
