Children, Children FFS, will you all just chill. Is the last few games not just part of Mcghees master plan. - After the press and praise we got last year every team was out go get us - How else to we lead them into a false sense of security - We have a run of pretty poor games, pick up the odd point or 3 and have a fairly avarage cup run. As the plan is all coming together, can we now get off the players backs and start giving them possitive support - there are murderer's out there that get less abuse than some of our squad get. It will be all praise for the team if the plan works and we beat the smellies on Sunday !!!

And this type of criticism is going to help build his confidence how ? Is the fact that he does give 110% the very reason why any mistakes are highlighted the fact he is covering more of the park than most. If some of our squad gave similar amounts of effort it might not fall on Klimpl and Fitzpatrick to do all the running !!!

We looked again last night in a team lacking in confidence. We have stepped back a few years and are trying to walk the ball into the net rather than having the confidence to have a strike from outside the box. We seem to have lost the form to play fast passing football rather than lumping the ball up the park and missing out midfield altogether. Was hoping the win on Saturday would give team a boosted, but it just seemed like a continuation of the way we played on Saturday. Hopefully a win on Sunday back on our ploughed field will give the required injection of confidence.

Is the main problem not the fact that they are using the Bubble to defrost the pitch because we dont have any undersoil heating !!!! i may have missed someting but are the training pitches not suppost to be all year surfaces. If they are that badly frozen can we not use the Bubble there !!!

We must be one of the only tems in the country, who has a pitch that gives the oposition an advantage !!!

Blizzard like conditions over in Larkhall also. Mcghee's interview on news last night the covers were on pitch, so should be ok, I hope !!!

Anyone heard if a pitch inspection is planned ?

Is there an option to sign Klimpl full time at end of loan term ?

Back to the initial point of this thread – Should the views of the Well Boys and the Trust not be of equal importance as both are paying fans that keep our beloved club alive. I am not versed enough of the internal politics of the trust to pass comment on its running or benefit but as its main objectives are to ensure that fans have a say in the running of the club should it not be make more widely open and available to the “ordinary” fan and not a self elected elitists group.

Would anything not be better than the crumbling shack we have at the moment !

if we could try and stop playing this stupid long punt game, cause were useless at it !!! We the brief times we do keep the ball on the ground we pass it fairly well. Its just a lazy way to play and it is obviously not working. The big question is what the hell are they doing at training, cause I cant see the improvementd Mcghee keeps talking about !

his reaction at Douglas Park gave the impression hes not bothered. Scott leith was throwing water bottles about McGhee never got animated all game. He looked as if his heart may not be in it anymore.

'Flow my initial thoughts wern't ment as a piss take, but a genuine possitive move that we as fans now have a direct line of communication with the running of the club and a way of getting direct answers, my appologies if it was not taken as this. Your communication relating to ticket pricing has been the only real communication as you will have seen from the feedback and number of threads on here. There does seem a dely on info on Main club website, Accies being most recent example. In how thinks can get better - To try and help the poor girls at ticket office, surely as we enter 2009 they could have a quicker system than having to hand write everything relating to ticket pruchases. Most other gripes have been mentioned by other in other threads.

Having any communication is a step in the right direction, 'cause it seems non existent at the moment.

The Club is being tried to be run as a buisness - but a business on its knees. The Club needs money for everything from new players to replacing the weathered seats we pay over £300 a season to sit on. Mr Boyle, p*ssing off your own fans is a recipe for disaster. As has been said before ... Why not give us value for money and the family spirit back at the club. This has nothing to do with teams performance at this time but a need to retain our dwindling support. Mr Boyle if you cant or wont help, then find someone who will - before you kill our club

Communication from the Club .....that will be a first !!!! As everyone in the ground at ICT knows the significance I think you'll find an unofficial minutes silence will happen anyway as we all remember. And the game for the naming of the main stand ..... lost its meening a wee bit after this time. Hope we can get a statue or permanent memorial in place soon.

Mcghee in papers todays stating he isn't feeling the strain and vowed that Motherwell will get better soon. As i have suspected, he must know something we don't...... January ........See Ya !!!

We have picked up 1 point out of last 18 !!! Based on last few weeks we couldn't buy a goal. Team have lost all confidence, we have resorted to the long punt and back to trying to walk the ball in. Nobody prepared to take a shot !!!! if we are to make top 6 before split, we will need turn things around quicker than they can do on Come Dancing !!!

At last we have found a defender who looked solid and can time a pass and looks comfortable on the ball. Surley with the number of defenders we will have available shortly we should be able to stop the self distruct mode we seem to have developed lately.

I am sick of watching the long ball game we have been playing since start of season. We were praised last season for our fast flowing football, its now like watching kids playing heedy tennis, despite the fact were not even that good at heading the ball At least we should beat accies on Saturday .....surely
