  1. I think that's a slight on the donkeys that are there already.
  2. The midfield didn't get to do much but Kent, Oribo and Kamara were conspicuous by their absence which was down to the work put in by Campbell and Crawford. Polworth didn't have his best game but still provided the pass to Watt to set up the goal. We got a point nobody was expecting us to get against best team in the country just now so let's just enjoy the moment and bring on the Dons COYW
  3. I think our game management has improved since Alexander came in. We take our time over throw-ins and the keeper falls on the ball at every save. Might not seem like much at the time but when defending a lead can make a big difference.
  4. I think a possibility would be for the panel to give the points to Well and Accies but make it a 1-0 scoreline. That way they are punished but less so than previously. I think the 3-0 score is a bit severe and could have a marked effect come the end of the season.
  5. Mugabi still taking it in the neck today although seeing it on you tube I would say Gallagher is the culprit with his arms all over Erwin. I know Mugabi is no Beckenbauer but our new assistant manager was apparently a decent centre half so maybe he will be able to bring out the player who I think is in there.
  6. Mugabi getting pelters on here again from the usual suspects. Surprised then to see the stats on BBC report of the game that fans who watched the game gave him the highest score of any of our defensive players. Ffs give the guy a break and get off his back. coyw
  7. Was Motherwell Bridge no down at the level crossing on Bellshill Road ????
  8. I seem to remember people on here at the start of the season saying how good the squad was looking and we were in for a good season. Now some of the same people are making lists of the s***e players that Robbo has signed and calling for his head. How many of these keyboard warriors have any experience of football management at any level apart from on their PlayStation. Give it a rest and SUPPORT your team.
  9. Robinson been doing all the talking this week about looking for a cup run and then we get that display of total s***e. Can somebody tell me what Lamie and Seedorf bring to the team. Better playing a couple of the young guys for some experience at least rather than those two imposters.
  10. I see Chris Cadden's game is on Sky Sports Football at 8pm tonight.
  11. If McBurney can get called up then Tony Watt should be a shoe-in for the Scotland squad on the basis of his current form. He has to keep it up though in the next few games.
  12. no need for a poll tonight. Watt by a distance with good support from Polworth; O'Hara; McGinley and Cole
  13. I'm sure I read somewhere that if we are drawn against a team from a country that hasn't an air bridge agreement with us then we have to find a neutral venue to play the game or we are given a 3-0 defeat and are knocked out of competition. ? Anyone confirm.
  14. having a clear out at home today and found that very strip in a drawer under the bed LOL
  15. Renewed mind on line but had a problem trying to get my grandaughters. Wendy sent me the details how to do it and now sorted. She said they were going well so obviously there are people who can afford it and are still wanting to back the club despite all the uncertainty about next season. I fully appreciate there are probably a lot of people who are not in my position and I am really sorry for them in the present situation.
  16. Was told at Paisley the last time we played there that White was a done deal on a pre-contract. Saw him against Dundee Utd on ? BBC Scotland on a Friday night recently He scored and is your typical big gangly No 9 like Crouch but not quite as big. He could be a good addition as he is different to anything we have at the minute.
  17. I was never of the opinion that we were trying to sell him by making the video. It was done (in my opinion) to keep Well fans up to date with his progress and to show the club and physios in a good light and if you listen to what he says in the video he expresses his feeling of being liked and supported by everybody connected with the club when he needed support. Hardly saying he was desperate to leave. Well done the club and the player for today's decision. COYW
  18. Is there going to be a pitch inspection today or do we just assume the game is on until told differently
  19. Correct Dave. He said on Clyde game is still touch and go but the excellent ground staff will do everything they can to get the game on.
  20. There is a pitch inspection at 12:30.
  21. Robinson has already stated that Watt will be on the bench as he is not up to speed fitness side and also on the role he is going to be asked to play.
