Did we not still have the Lanarkshire Cup? Did it die 'cause of a lack of interest? I remember big crowds for the games v Airdrie, v Accies and smaller for Albion. No money to be made from that pre-season tournement I suppose.

There were some cracking games with Motherwell, Airdrie and Accies back in the day....even the preseason Lanarkshire Cup threw up some good games with the addition of Rovers as the big four Lanarkshire teams.

Maybe Clive might chuck him a few bucks to head for Skilled Park eh?
