Haven't read all this thread,so apologies if it's been discussed,but what about vistaprint website for getting cards,etc
Have ordered from them on many occassions,they have always been reliable and reasonable

Anything that distinguishes us from the Old Firm is vital,therefore would be saddened to see any Union Jack flags,even in claret and amber

If you believe in fate/coincidence,there are a few from our cup win in 1991&this year!
-manager is an ex H*n;
-ass manager is an ex H*n&M'well player;
-we beat the Beggars 2-0 at Fir Park in the league;
-we drew the cup holders in one round;
-we played Dundee Utd;
- the quarter final went to a replay;
-one player has scored in every round
All coincidence or fate....time will tell....

We are playing a collection of non entities,who have recently lost Forest Gump.
They have lost to Hibs,Hearts&failed to defeat Inverness this season,so M'well are more than capable of winning
A great chance to finally defeat them after 8+ years and get to the final

The term "strike" is an extremely loose one;for top class refs it's basically a very well paid hobby
Have yet to hear of a grade one ref who hasn't got a very good job;they won't be on the breadline this week after missing out on their bonus
Also history was rewritten on tv when it was stated that Sir Weasel the H*n said he had no problem with refs integrity;in reality a matter of months ago he basically called a linesman a cheat after he gave 2 borderline decisions against them

Thought this was a MFC message board,with a topic on the refs strike!
Why should anyone feel sorry for refs?Yes any personal abuse/threats are out of order,but top refs are without exception in skilled/highly paid professions,refereeing is lucrative sideline,all they will lose by a so called strike is a weeks bonus
They'll still make mistakes,they are only human,they've always had criticism,they knew they would before they started refereeing

Lets nor forget Walter Smith a few months ago as good as called linesman a cheat after he dared give 2 decisions against them
Levein also lost the rag after several ridiculous decisions against Dundee Utd a few years back
Celtic may be at the centre of this situation at present,but there have been many clubs&managers who have questioned refs integrity down the years

Let's not forget that both sides of the weegies are paranoid:just last season Sir Weasel basically accused a linesman who dared rule out fatboy Boyds goal against the 'well of being a cheat
Not too long ago Levein&Dundee Utd had some preposterous decisions against them when playing the H*n
They both get a huge majority of borderline decisions in their favour,solely due to their large supports foaming at the mouth&claiming for everything
Any team outwith the weegie filth could relate tales of refs being swayed by the "big two"

Posters are decrying our record in games against the H*n...when did we last lose at Fir Park?Over 2 years ago?
Plus we scored 3 at Greyskull a few months ago
I dare say some folk will say playing at Hampden makes it even less likely we'll win
I wonder if we had drawn the other half of the Old Firm people would be adopting the same attitude....

A team just up from 1st division have avoided defeat at Greyskull...we have nothing to fear from the vile H*n
We will be playing a bunch of overpaid non entities,it's long long past time we beat them
Boxing day,then league cup semi victories would help make up for the 8 years of failure against Sir Weasel's numpties

Very little to fear in this game,the pressure will all be on them.
They probably can't believe themselves the start they have made,considering it's more or less the same collection of numpties in their ranks who have been the best of a bad lot for a few years
They have a team of non entities with no player m'well should be scared of

Excellent result for M'well,always most enjoyable beating such a shower of vermin
They deserve every&any derogatory nickname,bunch of dirty horrid reptiles,will always have utter contempt for them

At the Odense game i had a guy behind who roared "get tae f**k Blackman" with around 5 mins left
That was only the guys 2nd/3rd game,what a great way to back the player...
Some m'well fans have a bad habit of being ultra critical with no obvious basis for their abuse

Mega disappointing result last night after giving ourselves a great chance after 1st leg of a historic achievement
However hope people put things in context&remember what a great achievement it was for m'well just to be in europe,we have a team to support when a few years ago that was in doubt
Games like last night are a world away from the many years of relegation struggles and 1st division football lots of fans have seen

100% correct that season ticket holders get priority&set days set aside to collect
However don't think that up to 4 extra tickets should be made available,personally know of a ST holder who is giving any extra tickets he gets to a pal and his wife.The guy supports a 1st division team,the wife hasn't been to a game for years,if ever
Therefore the ST holders pals get tickets handed to them on a plate,someone like myself who is a non ST holder,yet has supported MFC for over 35 years and attends regularly is left sweating wondering if i'll get a ticket through a ballot
