Guy is totally anti Mothetwell and must add not 1 decision changed game so not saying this after a decision changed game . To book Hartley (rightly) for kicking ball away 5 yards then 1 minute later allow a Rangers player to kick ball 50 yards away to stop quick throw says it all . He then lets Lafferty walk away from ball in injury time instead of giving it back which is not an offence I must add but when Motherwell player runs to get it he kicks it over his head and nothing . To me showed his attitude against Motherwell once again and can say this without blaming him at all for result as not 1 of his decisions affected game yet he still seems to have rules fir us and different rules for opposition. I don’t buy this referees are honest and only make mistakes as he is certainly imo anti Motherwell but if anyone disagrees fell free to convince me otherwise

Have never been a Gerrard fan but fair do,s to him in today’s presser got quizzed on Hartley comments and he said Guy was Nieve making they comments but has apologised so time to forget about it and move on . Then asked if ref needs to protect his players on Sunday and said ref has to protect players in both teams so very refreshing to see this response .

Watching game on Saturday Miller seemed to spend whole 2nd half getting deeper and deeper telling everyone what to do and in turn done absolute nothing himself due to this . Imo board have noticed this and decided not able to do both jobs so wanted him to concentrate on management only when he’s more interested in playing .

Because Motherwell fans were queueing outside and not old firm fans I left there bar at 2 40 a minute from gate and still missed kick off

The booing imo was that we were 1 0 up not chasing the game and he brought on final sub with 20 minutes to go so if got an injury we were down to 10 men . Also fact that it is plainly obvious that Main and Sammon can’t play together as always 30 yards apart was another reason . Don’t think it was Sammon being booed as sure if he replaced Main would have been different it was the fact that we had a partnership last 20 minutes that does not work but Robbo seems to think it can . I hope Main gets last years form back but again only my opinion but he’s been absolute crap all season and keeps getting 90 minutes which as a fan is frustrating . Great result today and happy to be in hat fir quarter finals but really hope we don’t go back to the Sammon/Main partnership as every time we win Robbo seems to change it next game . As as aside might be wrong but I’m sure Frear has started 4 games this season and we have won all 4 lost the other 3 yet keeps getting dropped . I’m not a massive Frear fan but why do we keep dropping him when we keep winning when he starts . Had a few beers today so might be wrong with that fact but sure won’t be far out .

Would hope it’s a survival clause and not a promotion clause, but I’m sure club tried to get best deal they could but would like to think initial fee is around £750K with add ons but we might never find out

Considering we were guaranteed a premiership club as always seem to get them in knockout games .Its not too bad a bad draw definitely winnable, and a good wee day out hopefully ,as short train journey . Finally will be 3 o’clock on a Saturday so all in all very happy with draw

All of England closes on 9th August for permanent deals so if we get by that don’t think any of our players will be leaving and if someone leaves on deadline day we still have 3 weeks to replace them so best of both worlds

Announced today that Gauld has been recalled to 1st team today after loan period ended as new manager wants to give him his chance this season so that move looks highly unlikely if reports correct

I agree I thought of Tansey immediately after hearing interview ,as Crawford not got a presence imo ,but could be English based player so could be anybody I suppose hopefully find out today

He’s scored 114 goals in 196 career games but last season was injured so only played 18 games might not be him Robbo mentioned just seemed to fit the bill as in another Moult type of signing

Agree not been dropped imo Peacock-Farrell is 19 yr old Leeds keeper and was approached to play for England as English with Irish grandparents so only way NI can stop this happening is by playing him in competitive match so was a certainty he would start today
