Why did we sign 37 wingers and NO replacement for our most mobile striker?
Then why did we play one of our slowest strikers (Sutton looks like he could out jog Erwin!) out wide again when we have 37 wingers on the bench ?
I'm all for giving the gaffer a couple of weeks but these are baffling decisions!!

It is frequently stated on Steelmenonline that maintaining FP is a drain on the club because of it's aging infrastructure. Is that true?
This. And if it is a constant drain on resources is a move to a purpose built stadium inevitable? As well as plugging a financial hole the revenue streams available in a new stadium would outweigh our current offering. Has their been any strategic discussions about this?

I imagine the gaffer has settled on 4-5-1 with Sutton or Erwin up top with our 5 new midfielders bombing forward to support!

I play 5s in Stirling and on the pitches beside us is a Dundee Utd Youth Training. About 30/40 boys all training with United in a town about 50 miles from Dundee. If they are casting their net like that in all directions it will only be a matter of time before the next GMS/Arnostrong/Gauld/Goodwille etc... comes through.
Are Motherwell training youths 50 miles from FP? Are we doing it 5 miles from FP? I doubt it.

Pearson's daft wee lad attitude that most are labeling him with still is a lifetime ago. He grew into a very accomplished player at Derby County. Remember, he scored the most valuable goal I'm World Football too to take them up to the Prem. Would absolutely add something to our team.

I've never been so embarrassed to be a motherwell fan.
BOTH Accies and Dundee were first division teams last year, promoted and have absolutely annihilated us.
Down is the only place we are going if that's what 2 promoted teams can do to us.

What on earth does Law do to get a start...still. He seriously doesn't even look like a footballer at all when he is on the ball.

So approximately 1000 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS didn't show up yesterday. That is the most dangerous part of yesterday's latest debacle. Talk about apathy. The club need to take a long hard look at themselves. The absolute worst part of it now is we have to sit back and watch, potentially, another non old firm team go on and have their day in the sun. It's really starting to become annoying that so many provincial clubs are having cup success while we look on. Yesterday and the Accies game were examples of the players not knowing, caring or being informed of the importance of the match.
Mistakes seem to go unpunished at Motherwell and it's not good enough. From something as major as letting Clarkson and Faddy sign for league rivals, selection nightmares, players Fucking up time and again, poor communication etc...
Take a look at yesterday, both Sutton and Agnol could have stopped their goals with a bit of effort and desire. They didn't and it has cost us BIG time. Money, fans, success all down the drain because of errors. Why could they not be arsed? Because there ate absolutely no consequences for being shite at Motherwell, that's why. Players just shrug and get on with their week.
I'll go back to Faddy and Clarky. While going by last season's form neither were 100% what we needed in terms of footballer they are both the type of PEOPLE we need at the club. They are club guys who know what we are all about who might just give that extra fuck. I also think there is something in the argument that if they were both here we would see more from Lasley, Sutton and McManus etc...
And that is the one main thing that I guess is wrong at Motherwell just now, from the board to the training pitch, the dressing room, pitch and now it seems, the fans...just not enough fucks are given.

Totally forgot McCall was still in the Scotland set up till I saw him buzzing about the dugout last night and fair play to the man, he was the 'playmaker' for the goal!!!

Bizzarely I'm up in Aberdeen for the weekend for a mate's wedding on the Saturday. I am free on the Friday night and I have absolutely no intention of going and will just be watching it in the hotel bar. That's apathy if I've ever felt it!

A comfortable 2-0 victory for Dundee with Clarkson and Harkins scoring. Possibly with a Motherwell red card threw in at some point.
All we need is a Motherwell red and you will be raging you didn't walk into a bookies with that prediction.
That and the fact Dundee will probably score 3 more goals...
