  1. Molt was outstanding and there good performances all round the pitch but my vote went to Grimshaw simply because of his great run down the wing at the end of the first half
  2. it should be dry this afternoon but it's going to be fecking cold! if only there was a winter break so the old scum could play money spinning friendlies in warm countries............................................. anyway back to todays game this should be a good test for the Well and I am hoping to team will continue to improve once again I'd be happy with any points from this game onwards and upwards (but with thermals on)
  3. a few weeks ago I would have put us down for a win but the jags have hit some form so I don't think it going to be an easy game I would be happy with a point if I am honest but my fingers are crossed for a win as for the strips, I don't really care it's who in them that counts
  4. a home tie was all I wanted as for the game I just hope McGhee doesn't think it going to be walk over and picks a strong team
  5. I would also add a big thanks to the ground staff at Firpark as the pitch is looking great considering all the past problems and the heavy rain over the last few days you have to give credit where credit is due
  6. I just hope it's a home game to start with and that we get through a few rounds
  7. Grimshaw for me he did go off the boil towards the end of the game but overall another fine performance
  8. content with a point today improvement around the park although I felt the keeper should have stopped the second goal I also felt we passed the ball well at times and you could see the side had a game plan to take on Hearts and at time we bossed them about sad to see all the diving and gamesmanship from Hearts I was expecting a more professional attitude not an old scum attitude onwards and upwards
  9. not too surprised at yesterday result especially after I saw the line up for yesterday game the lack of cover a left back is an issue that needs to be fixed sadly our small squad of players means we struggle when we have injuries or suspensions it is way to early to tell how McGhee is getting on and he's having to work with a team he did sign
  10. Ross C will be hard to breakdown and will try to kick off the park I'd take a 0-0 draw but I really want no injuries and more improvement in the teams perfromance onwards and upwards
  11. I could have gone for a few players Law, Moult and Grimshaw but in the end I went for Grimshaw thanks to his crazy step over show boating in front of the eaststand towards the end of the game if you can't have a laugh then there is no point
  12. Agreed, it was good to see some silverware with claret and amber ribbons
  13. I'd play an ageing Hammel ahead of a clueless younger player any day of the week

    Josh Law

Josh seems to struggle depending on the manager since McGhee has arrived he seems to be improving and showing the talent he does have
  15. ICT played us well and we help by a generous ref we are still looking for a left back and we did create a shed load of chances which were either missed or well defended Grimshaw played well and his distribution was good, it was just a shame that his shot at the end of the first half came off the bar and didn't dip those extra few inches Moult played well for me but he did miss a few chances onwards and upwards
  16. ICT will try to kick us off the park as normally but I am hoping the Well will show up and play some good football I'm hoping we can at least take a point from the game

    Sportscene

getting back to Sportscene sadly it is well past it's sell by date and it just a platform for the old firm the BBC use to try and cover the best games at the weekend now it just the tries to make sure the old firms fans are happy and everything else is just a token jesture I'll stick to the MFC youtude highlights as at least the cover more of the game and not just when the ball hits the back of the net
  18. and isn't that you as the team mascot?
  19. I could only follow the game on the radio which is never the best it sounded like Killie were playing for a draw from kick off and we didn't pick things up until the second half and McGhee had a chance to talk to the team and change a few things I thought we would come away with a point but I was delighted we got all 3 and i have to say Moult is proving to be a decent striker on wards and upwards PS loved the pics of the fancy dress mascots especially the we darth vader leading out the team (I hope they played the imperial march when the teams came out!)
  20. For me this will be McGhee first real test and I am hoping the Well turn up ad give Killie a game Games against Killie are always tight but I would take a 1-0 win for a the well
  21. Interesting team selection from McGhee yesterday I didn't believe a word of his 'it the best team based on what he had seen in training' he was simply using the game as trail for the players he doesn't know he had nothing to lose and he knew it would give him some good insight into the players I did note that in the second half he made some changes which had positive results I'd like to see who is in his 'best team' in 3 or 4 weeks time On wards and upwards Oh before I forget Celtic were rank, that was the slowest Celtic team I have seen in years how they are at the top of the league I don't know (apart from all the dodge decision with go in their favor and a team full of hacking diving divas)

    Celtic

Grimshaw again for me KK will get my vote when he start keep his long passes on the park
  23. I went off McGhee when I saw one of there delivery drive pick up a prostitute on Glasgow Green while he was meant to be out delivering rolls hold on wrong McGhee
