Hello, As per my previous post, these are the countries we are could visit as we are a seeded team. Macedonia, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Albania, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Faroe Islands, Wales, Northern Ireland, Luxembourg, Montenegro, Malta. As far as I know there won't be the usual split of Northern and Central/Med fixtures, which would mean we could be travelling far. These are the unseeded countries in the 1st qualifying round each having two teams, apart from Macedonia, which only has one. Everywhere is okay with the exception of Azerbaijan, Albania and Kazakhstan and of course Wales I'm hoping for a wee trip to Malta, top up the tan! Well Well Suprawell

Hello, Here is a breakdown of the countries that could expect a Claret and Amber invasion: Macedonia, Azbaijan, Estonia, Albania, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Faroe Islands, Wales, Northern Ireland, Luxembourg, Montenegro, Malta. As far as I know there won't be the usual split of Northern and Central/Med fixtures, which would mean we could be travelling far. These are the unseeded countries in the 1st qualifying round each having two teams, apart from Macedonia, which only has one. Motherwell would be seeded if we get the place *fingers crossed* The draw is on the 22nd June with first round on 2nd July and 9th July. Well Well Suprawell

McGhee should be ashamed at the selection of players today. I was looking forward as most fans were to seeing some of our U19 talent such as McHugh, Hutchinson, Saunders, Page getting a run out for what was a meaningless game. But no, we were "treated" to a tired lacklustre 'Well side who struggled throughout. Quinn should be sold ASAP as he is a complete waste of space, getting booked for a mindless volley of the ball off a Killie man 5 yrds from the ref. We have cover in McLean and Saunders and Quinn is like an albatross around Motherwell's neck. As for McGhee being absent at the end, no excuse, both him and Leitchy should have been out thanking the fans for their support. Very poor show Mark. As for the future, I think we have seen the last of Reynolds, expect him to be wearing a light blue jersey next season and I would expect £1.5m to help pay for improvement to Fir Park. Well done 'Flow, you deserve the praise! The club's communication has been turned around since you were appointed. Good work fella! Well Well Suprawell

Hello, Mark is probably refering to the fireproofing on the main stand which is going to cost a small fortune. We could use the money we earned getting into the top six and possibly Europe....oh hang on a minute... Well Well Suprawell

Agreed, Muttley seems to want every player around the box to roll the ball, touch it, slide it to someone who is in a better position to shoot. We should be getting our strikers to make space for their own soht or encourage players to take shots on, rather than trying to set up a "perfect" goalscoring opportunity. It was very apparent last night.

Indeed and it is pronounced Marosh. Quinn and Fizzy for Scotland!
-
Going on last night's performance, 4:0 to the potato people.
-
Fizzy for Captain! Surely this boy is due for a call up??? Come on Burley, Fizzy in a Scotland jersey, he is true Scotland class

Hello, Just heard the replay has been moved, thank Sky for this.

Hello, We will be lucky to get this game on next Saturday, let alone today/Wednesday. I am sure the authorities will step in once the Wednesday fixture is postponed.

Hello, Logintolearn.com Cheers

Hello, Pearo isn't coming to Fir Park, he is still crocked and can be found most weekends making an arse of himself in Angels in Uddingston. Thank God Teale has seems to have played himself back into Nigel Clough's plans.

Hello, Heard that Ports isn't too enamored with the terms from Carduff. Don't see this happening, pity...
-
Hello, I'll be glad to get some money in instead of seeing Ports walk away for nothing in the summer. Not sure on the price, remember it's The Snu that's reporting this. Probably more like £350k. Onwards and upwards.
-
I'll take the £200k. Our season has been lacklustre and we are deluded to think we could end up in Europe again. Porter has scored a few recently, however he has been rank in other games and I won't be crying when he leaves. I would rather we focused on getting Sutton back on form, he leads the line better and I would love to see him get a partnership with Clarky back up and running. To think we can hold out for £500k or £600k is madness, there simply isn't the money floating about in the market for a guy who is available for NOTHING in a few months.
-
Hmmm. The money that we get from selling the land goes to clear the £10m or so that John Boyle invested in the club. You really don't have a clue how the finances work for a club like ourselves. We have to think seriously about getting out of Fir Park and into a new stadium and this will impact in part on the on-field transactions. I very much doubt we will be challenging for European football this year. Let's focus on building for the future and the future ain't Chris Porter, which is fair enough.
-
No, the fact is Notts Forest offered £150k and he was on his way, but Calderwood (the pr1ck) got bumped. Remember there is NO money out there, credit problems and times changing mean you have to be realistic. No-one is going to pay £500k like that for a guy out of contract at the end of the season at Motherwell. Get real.
-
For Porter? We would be fortunate to get the £150k that Forest were offering. Get a grip. I would bite your hand off for £150k for a guy who leaves for nothing in a few months.

Disagree, The Well Weans annoy me with their pi$h made up Non Well songs and general child like behaviour, like signing and cheering when we are getting humped and playing kak against Killie. That's just my opinion, but they really ruin football for me these days. Grow up and moan like the rest of us. As for their wee flags and home made banners, oh dear...
