I'm not Wellfans biggest advicator in his views "initially"
From Kettlewell to Stam he is proven right in the long haul usually.
The problem I now have with Stam is 2fold - and as an optimist I hope he can sort.1. The ball bounces off him one foot every time it is played to him - we don't need someone necessarily that give more goals but what we do need is a striker is who can take the ball in and feed others.
2. If you listen closely to the coverage the commentator he says AP "was caught in his heels there" -a better aspect is finding someone who isn't
Over to you AP or Wellfan let's see who is right in the long haul.

I think he should play the same team that played on Tuesday.
I actually think playing with a central striker worsens the team.
Our best player Priestman on Tuesday, deserves another chance and Koutroumbis gives us more defensive cover.
No changes - which is mental considering we have Slattery and Fadinger. -
The big problem in this game is that Just, Maswanishe and Charles Cook have been to more weird and wonderful places this week than Captain Cook in his lifetime.

Yeh I feel the same way about AP. Guy is slogging his guts out - perhaps even overtrying but it's not coming off for him.

Early days as you are saying. I think the grief AP is getting and Ward is getting is, is because of the JBA words of ambition. The fans are now being ambitious too. If the two had been on top form we would be on 8 points & I think a very deserved 8 points as well.

Which is the correct question. Let that sink in!
As a youngster he's played a decent amount of Euro football with Celtic - decent with feet and in the air. He will do fine for us - viewpoints on loans from other clubs in the league aside, I think OTF is doing him a disservice. -

I'm not sure where to put this comment - but those writing AP off with certainty I think are wrong.
If we are to be patient with our new style, I think we can be patient enough to at least see AP over the first ten league games.
Theo Bair was a running joke in his first x games for us. Plenty more I can add to that too.
There's a player in there, and it could go either way.
To add - I have more doubts about Said than AP in terms of future prominence - but again ten games and I can add more.-

Not money orientated but we should now use this as establishing Motherwell as a pathway for all promising youngsters rather than choosing other clubs.
