Craigan was on sportsound there talking about the game. Asking for patience from the well fans, even if we go 1 down. Hopefully folk won't get on the players backs if things aren't going entirely to plan.

I think there is so much fear around Fir Park when things are going well and that's what keeps folk sitting nervously on their arse. Even when we're beating the Old Firm it feels like a house of cards about to fall. I don't really know what can be done about it. I think folk want to get more involved, just look at the atmosphere towards the end of the 6-6 game. Mibbe more folk need to get pished before the games.

I'm absolutely bricking it for this game. Cannot wait, a part of me is massively optimistic but when I think logically I really can't see us keeping the clean sheet we need.

Got a nice crisp 20 in my wallet that could do with staying there a bit longer but fuck it, off to Kilmarnock in an hour!

Cheers Bud! Aye, I think the trip was right at the limit of what everyone could tolerate. Still canny believe we spent nearly 60 hours on that bus! At least we had that goal to make it worthwhile, just think about my girlfriend, she only went to spend the day in Odense. Didn't care about the fitba, I'm amazed she didny rip my baws off.

Got to agree with that, don't know how match fit he is but I think he'll offer something different up front. Looks like a big strong player who can take some really neat touches to get past folk. Not seen much in the way of shots on goal but seems like someone who can create his own chances while Sutton (and Murphy to an extent) are good for being in the right place at the right time to bang them in.

I see Tam Cowan ripped the piss wae that in his column today. My girlfriend came along for the journey so it turned into a surprisingly cultured trip believe it or not. Couple of hours sight-seeing and slap up meal with her before joining the crowd, all went a bit downhill from there though.

So glad everyone had a good time. I was worried folk would be raging we got in Odense so late but looks like it was nothing a few beers and Tom Hateleys right foot couldny fix.

Have OB been in the group stages before? I was expecting a bigger home support in Denmark but was told by someone that it was only a small game for the club.

Cheers special_aka. It took almost 28 hours to get there which meant we only got half the day in Odense but I think everyone was just happy to join the party and see the game. That noise is ingrained in my brain forver.

I'm not too sure what folk expect Motherwell to do? Mistakes have clearly been made in the past which other people have paid the price for however that doesn't mean Boyle is going to run the club incompetently and act soft. He's would be as well selling the club if that was the case.

I didn't really take that from the interview. Thought it was all fairly factual. I get the impression lack of communication has been the big problem, not the money itself.
