  1. oh dear oh dear, our self appointed tactical genius blew our top 6 chances today.a right back playing left back and our left back in midfield, kimple a defensive midfielder and three centre backs in defence,in a game we needed to win he sends a team like todays out to win a game.why he choose the team and formation today is beyond me.and then he waits till we go behind before he changes things, when everyone could see sutton, quinn and o'brien were crap.dundee,st johnstone last season nancy at home and st mirren in the cup this year.all games were mcghee has given it the big churchill speech, and we have rolled over.mcghee needs to spend the summer having a look at himself, and getting away from this idea that he is some sort of alex ferguson, when the reality is,he is nowhere near that.

Can I ask Gary. Are you a mongo?

  2. Of course I understand the economics of football but the day we sold Porter, our season effectively finished.

That is an absolute shambles of a comment. We were a bawhair away. we've missed Porter nae doubt but to say the day he left it was done and dusted is daft.

    Unless you were joking.

  3. See the split? What is the point in it? We all seem to have accepted this shitey rule without asking 'What the fuck does it actually do'?

Instead of chasing an albeit faint whiff of Europe, we're now faced with 5 pointless games against the drossiest dross in the SPL. No wonder folk with season tickets don't want to go back. Does anyone rembmer when Butcher was in charge and we were in the bottom 6? Some of the worst games of football I've ever seen.

I could understand the split being there if I noticed ANY benifit it gives to the league. It's an absolute joke. I'll be going back but I wouldn't dream of it if I didn't already have a season ticket.

  4. Some of you need to get a fuckin grip. He's the best manager in the SPL, and with him in charge you will definitely keep progressing.

This season has been tough in regards to injuries, and with a small squad like Motherwell have, it must have been a nightmare.

    Fickle... fucking understatement.

    Agreed.....ya bastard! B-)

  5. you think those mentioned would command the wages McGhee gets? Last season he seemed more animated, and more vocal from the sidelines. This season im not even sure he looks interested.

They don't command the same wages as McGhee because with this squad the only place they wold be heading is the first division.

The fact that you have a hunch that McGhee might no be interested anymore doesn't cut it for me. I actually think he was desperate to build on last year and will be gutted that we've not quite made it. So We've finished 7th. Disappointing yes, but it's no a major disaster.

And if we're pointing fingers, the pitch has hindered our style so much, it should have been sorted PROPERLY last season. Considering our pre 2009 form and the fact that we have lost two of the best strikers in Scotland, we've not done that bad. A bit of perspective required perhaps.

  6. Who'd have though after the Hamilton game we'd have put together such a run!

I think we'll win on Wednesday night, nae fear.

The thought of another Euro venture is a tasty one indeed.

    'mon the 'Well!

  7. I heard several sarcastic cheers when he was subbed. He makes a few basic errors but we've had 3 managers (I think) who've all seen him to be worthy of a regular starting place. I need to find a new stand to sit in because the absolute bollocks that comes from some folk in the East is incredible.

Folk boo when we knock the ball about at the back. And when Fitzpatrick makes a pass that doesn't put someone clean through it's a mistake. A guy in front of me actually referred to McGhee as a 'Mick bastard'. Couldnae believe it!

Nae wonder we struggle when we go behind at home, people are actually delighted because they can vent their abuse till their heart's content.

Folk need to learn how the game of football is played. We were bollocks in the first half but I was impressed with our determination to knock the ball about on what was an awful pitch. We're still in the cup, I was terribly terribly dissappointed with the support today, but it's the norm from the cluless arseholes who cannae wait to dish out their abuse.
