United have just made their 3rd sub and Goodwillie, Daly & Conway have been left on the bench!! Looks like we'll have to do it ourselves

I can understand how they must have felt, I stopped watching on the telly, it was still on in the background, and starting posting on here when the 6th goal went in.

That would be Motherwell for you, leaving us hanging on, with no finger nails left, until the very last minute!! We would then have to endure further torture as we awaited the outcome of the cup final before knowing our fate. Look on the positive side though, after tonight anything is possible.

Pen wasn't that bad, may be slightly high, but it was pretty close to the cornber and Buzz only got there because he guessed right and went slightly early.

This is a totally shambolic performance defensively!! We were in the driving seat in the league, and yes a win would have sealed it and Hibs have been on a poor run, but we should have been keeping it tighter at the back, to ensure we never got beat. The number of times we have been caught out with only 2 at the back, miles apart, against 3 attackers has been incomprehensible. Anyway, rant over now, only 1 goal in it game on!!!

According to the Radio 5 commentator at Stockport v Leeds, Gannon was sitting in the stand at Edgeley Park today!

I think Radio Clyde picked up the story from here Evening Express, they published the story in yesterday's paper.

The under 19s lost 2-1 away to Aberdeen this afternoon. They started the game well and had the best of the early possession but Aberdeen scored after about 15 mins. The equaliser came about 5 mins into the 2nd half but Aberdeen got the winner about 75 mins.

I thought the same. Hammell had started well but Gannon obviously thought we didn't need Reynolds as a holding midfielder and wanted someone else up front. He then had to choose between Hammell or Reynolds as to who should come off. I thought he chose Hammell because Reynolds is that bit taller.

Couldn't tell I was up the other end in Merkland stand with the kids. Been up here too long, all their friends are dons fans and they wanted to sit with them, so I had to sit on my hands. Just glad there wasn't a goal

Just in. Happy with the point and maintaining the unbeaten run, long may it continue. Was hoping to see some slick passing football but there's always next time. It was a pretty poor game and I don't remember our shot on target. Said to my son with 10 mins to go that there hadn't been a shot on goal and neither keeper had a hardly made a save and then Ruddy had to tip one over. Maybe whoever was keeping the stats missed it.

Your right Somes, your manager has a lot to do to get more consistency if your going to progress much further in the tournament. Last week I thought Steau were fantastic. This week they struggled until they got the pen. Anyway, good luck in the next round.

Only trouble is it takes him a game against each team to spot their weaknesses, it might be a difficult first round of fixtures in the SPL but then we'll be motoring
