Not a great day to try two wingers. Definitely didn't utilise them as well as we could have. However, the weather was atrocious - can't really expect brilliance in those conditions. It was good to see determination in the boys though and Higdon had a great game...now to find the player to take advantage of his knock-ons! All in all, draw a fair result. Onwards and upwards!

Oh dear...the best part is the friendly policeman walking down the stairs and clearly not having a problem with anyone. Pity this is the main talking point after another great result and when the boys are doing so well. Here's hoping we have better away days - the atmosphere has been great for (almost) everyone.

Nothing wrong with the bears...keep them! Maybe just need to find better ways for them to interact and (legally ) wind up the opposition.

Higdon had a decent game today. He wins plenty of knockdowns and tries to play the ball into dangerous areas. We can't expect him to get on the end of his own knock-ons (although it seems many do expect that). He needs the guys around him to anticipate and be sharp. We don't have the nippy striker hassling the defenders and getting into positions that take advantage of Higdon's play. Wish folk would give the guy a break...miracles do happen right?

Thinking longer term, travelling after work for an away fixture (or a home fixture depending on location etc) will be problematic, but anything is worth a go. Only problem with the idea of slashing prices is you wouldn't be able to determine whether a bigger crowd was down to day/time or the lower cost. I will be there regardless but it will be interesting to see what the next idea is!

Brilliant night for the big man. He puts in a shift and really showed a lot of skill and strength. He certainly isn't the problem at the moment!

Brilliant thread. As well as thinking of all the aforementioned individuals, I will be bringing my mum's spirit to Hampden. She was the reason I am so involved in sport and that is why I asked my dad to take me to watch his team many years ago...been hooked ever since!

Disappointed to lose another 4 goals but just have to trust that the guys who get taken to the final will do the business! Hoping for better on Wednesday
