Most goals we seem to be losing are coming down our right, cannae be a good partnership up the right hand side of the park then. Whoever is supposed to be playing right mid should be covering when Yass goes on a mazy, I don't think the boy's gash by any means, but he's exposed the way Gannon has his side set up.

We need a midfield general, so far we have midfield lieutenants. In saying that, yesterday the linesman seemed to not know when players were offisde and when they weren't.

Newsflash - We aren't good enough, if we were we'd be top of the league, our 1 defeat record is extremely flattering to say the least. We don't have anyone capable of grabbing a game by the scrotum and taking command of it, yes we are technical enough to look good, but we have zero guile about us. We're above the mediocrity of half the league but we need someone in the engine room, to dictate play.

Today's Record has Gannon saying that he wouldn't stand in O'Brien's way and would tell a player if there was interest in him. Which is fair enough, but more concerned that there was no mention of him trying to keep O'Brien. Hopefully that is taking place.

I have always been a medium to long-term thinker. There’s no point making a good start or having one good season. You’ve got to build on that and that means investing in young players, coaching them, taking a longer term view and you then know you’re growing something over time that will reap rewards.
