For the last 20 odd years, we've mostly had a band, I'd say that's become tradition. It's still exclusive, it just doesn't go the whole way round. Get over it!
36 years ago. 36. Years.
Still bitter...
Classic style, except for the last 30 odd years. For me the BAND is classic style.
30+ years from the last full hoop, you'd think you'd get over it eh?
MON THE BAND!
Having a read back; where exactly does it change from suggestions for the new strip to just everyone having a jolly old banter about world strips? The way I read it folk are suggesting we do something to incorporate names into our kits.
How do they ruin it for everyone else? Unless, of course, they plan on misbehaving on the train. Other than the the number of polis there shouldn't really bother anyone
PSL are Provan Sports Limite. I'm sure they'll provide more than just the 1st team!! I think everyone is examining the release far too much looking for any possible wee flaw. A few years ago XARA provided the first team squad while Diadora did the youth squads, is that a massive problem to you?
Only Portsmouth. We'll be only the 5th team in Europe alongside Deportivo La Coruna, Lille and AZ Alkmaar. Beats being with Bukta who have Ross County, Dundee and Millwall IMHO!!
Making all the websites now Daily Rangers
Aw just replace the third kit you would have been pestered about for the new home one. This deal will provide more security for the club who can't be blamed for looking after number 1, afterall, the jump from Bukta to Canterbury is a huge one and upwards!
Just looked at the fans charter there:
7. Merchandise
Both home and away replica strips designs will normally have a life span of two seasons, unless changes are enforced due to contractual obligations. It will be appreciated that changes in sponsor or manufacturer makes it impossible to guarantee a two year minimum period.
The Club will communicate with supporters regarding new replica strip designs and prospective launch dates.
I'm sure circumstances with the supplier etc can change easily, especially in the middle of this credit crunch. With a 4 year contract hopefully this means 2 lots of kits for 2 season each (obviously that'll depend on sponsors!!)
Brilliant news! Bukta although producing good kits, always seemed to have problems with stock and the likes. Canterbury are a massive company and one look at the Portsmouth kit for the last couple of years shows you that - bring it on!
Absolutely. We're not going to be challenging for Europe, no matter what McGhee and the happy clappy's think. It's just not going to happen. For me, our season ended tonight.
