Just finished watching Wednesday's game. To be completely honest, we played a lot of very good football and just forgot to defend half-a-dozen times. But a lot of very good football inbetween.
Lived in West Londonshire 86-94 watched QPR,FFC,Brentford and mainly CFC (before the millions Rougvive,Dixon,Nevin,McCallister etc etc).......home for few games missed out 0n 93-94 season how close we really came !!!!!!!
But made the cup final

I know, boring by comparison! They were also 4-0 down away to Port Vale with about 20 minutes to go once and a late, late goal from a certain John Spencer salvaged a 4-4 draw. Indeed, with just over 5 minutes left, QPR trailed 1-4....

Without wanting to get into the whole argument about the standard of SPL/Championship but in my opinion, which you may see as biased, the Championship has a higher level of competition than the SPL and boasts some very strong teams, 90% of the teams have better finances and facilities than a lot of SPL clubs so with a push in the right direction I can see us)Barnsley) helping his career at the same time he can help us achieve our goal of finishing midtable/nearer the play offs.
As I said, that is entirely my opinion and I hope it does not come across in anyway disrespectful.

sorry if this has been mentiioned before but i know canterbury signed a 4 year deal with the club. so if the rumours are true that canterbury are pulling out of football this summer then surely we must be compensated for the other 3 years of the deal.
Don't think Canterbury were paying us,more like us paying them.

Kaiser still ranks as probably my favourite player as a 'Well fan - even more than the likes of McFadden.
A class act; I can't believe people are saying he was over-rated. I though the complete opposite, I reckon he never got the praise or the recognition he deserved (particularly at International level).
A club legend without any shadow of a doubt. One of the very few of the 00's!

With Allan McGregors personal life hitting the headlines again and a good chance he will be punted in the Summer it might be that they snap up Ruddy on a free as thats all they can afford to do these days.
So its even more imperative that Boyle gets him a decent long term contract pronto!
Would be gutted to see him at another SPL club. This is of course on the assuption that his contract is up at the end of the season, is it?
Think he is still an Everton player.......only with us till end of season.

Did you mean it wouldn't be an unusual amount for Motherwell to pay? As far as I know he is happy at Killie, it would take prob £3000+ a week for him to move and only Hearts and the old firm offer that kind of money these days. Even Hibs don't pay that.
Bryson has been immense since JJ left and i'm sure we'll get offers for him in the summer. Kyle has scored 9 goals this season.
Would save a fortune in petrol money moving to the 'Arc.......No M77 !!
