I'm honestly stumped at how certain situations work as the Goss incident has massively penalised us and benefitted Hearts when this technology has supposed to help us. Anyway I think our biggest fear is coming to fruition with the same old piss poor refs reviewing clear incidents. This World Cup break can't come soon enough. We are desperate for some quality additions in our squad but I bet new face don't arrive until the final day of the transfer window.

The second half is going to be torture with time wasting worse that the Fir Park game no doubt. Anyway thought we started well enough before Hearts went on top and missed some sitters before we grew back into it . A few great chances for Van Veen but Slattery should have done much better with his effort. I don't know what the issue is with us playing against 10 men. Frustratingly, I know we still have to defend it but Halliday had headed it out before they got a second corner and scored. Thankfully 45 minutes to rescue it but you can help but feel it'll be another case of missed chances.

I can't believe how tight the league is this year, it would be nice to get the three points today as it would see us slot into 5th place albeit 4 teams would be on 19 points should that scenario play out. TBH I'm more wanting to get a nice cushion between us, Killie, County and United going into the WC break. Once we get the Celtic game out of the way in midweek we don't need to play them again until the very last game before the split.
