Ojamaa... He was a livewire and desperately unlucky not to cap his performance with the goal it deserved.

The truth is there were lots of good perfomances today - Law, Las and Murph all on top form.

Nice to see Hateley having a real solid game after his recent efforts too. He linked very well particularly later in the game when he move up to right midfield.

My man of the match would be Steelboy.

But failing that I'll go for wee useless non scoring waste of a fuckin jersey - Ojamaa :)

Again you offer nothing to say than a big GIRUY to people. Did you go to to the game? Have you any analysis whatsoever apart from a fuck you to anyone who every criticised a Motherwell player?

I voted for Angol by the way. The boy was class and deserves to keep his place in the team.

I thought Hutchison was superb in the first half but he can't get the vote because Aberdeen barely attacked in the second half. Ojamaa was excellent but I'm going to go for ZFA. Great performance and its great for the team that we can go with Hammell and Humphrey and still romp to victory.

Yeah I was at the game.

I enjoyed it and have had plenty of pleasant chat with the folk I go with.

Unfortunately it's far too good an opportunity to miss. When the negativity and extreme player criticism gets blown out the water.

Maybe a few negative c***s don't like it up them with a sparkling display on the park. Most prefer a defeat

I normally respect your points on here SteveDiggle but you're coming across as a complete knob on what should be an entirely positive day.

That's fair enough Frazzle.

But to be honest I'm sick to the back teeth of the going OTT in berating the team for some poor performances. Some real nasty shit.

Only for them to flip completely an bask in the glory when it goes spectacularly well.

Form is gonna dip we've got a relatively young and threadbare squad they deserve support every week. Not on the odd occasion we dish out a thumping

That's a much fairer summation of the situation, but I think that's the fickle nature of football fans. What I think you're doing is muddying the waters between having a negative opinion of some players with actually wanting them to fail. I can absolutely assure you in no uncertain terms that while Tom Hateley is a Motherwell player I will want him to win every tackle, find a man with every cross and score every freekick but my opinion is unlikely to change on him. Basking in the glory of a win and good performance is fine- I do it myself- but to gloat over fellow 'Well fans is just pointless and irritating because we all want the same thing.

To be completely honest. The pish on here over the past few months has fucked me off in the first instance with this message board but its beginning to ruin my enjoyment of following the team.

Seeing the reaction on here today is just the way of it. We lose, McCall must go, we draw, jury's out, we win, we're all Stuart McCall.

So fickle indeed

I think it's a bad sad if largely anonymous opinions on a website affect you so much.

Win, lose or draw I have continued to be Stuart McCall, but some players I rate higher than others. That has always been true and always will be, but a victory papers over almost all cracks. I would rather we all just enjoyed it for what it is.

Winning today doesn't make us magnificent, just as losing at St Mirren on Friday didn't make us shite. We always have been and always will be somewhere in the middle.

I fancied saying I'd voted Hateley just to wind Fraz up but to be honest Angol was outstanding - a real tidy player who never wasted a ball. But Ojamaa just had the nod in the creative spark so he is the one getting my vote. And did I mention, we are magnificent.
