So any fans removed for allegedly throwing smoke bombs, could in theory receive football banning orders. Or do they just get a smack on the wrist, and told not to do it again? Unless singing/dancing is now outlawed. As usual, all that was achieved by the policing/stewarding was to aggrevate things.
