Probably Oscar Wilde who said, " I would rather be quiet and be thought of as a fool than open my mouth and confirm it" 

I accept that's not great for a fans forum but social media is full of people with little knowledge of a subject and offering opinion. It honestly doesn't add much to a debate if the opinions dont have any substance but are just looking for a reaction. 

Theres probably only one on here who is consistently doing that, some people might see him/ her as a character...I don't,  but that's just my opinion.

I don't even do p&b, I love our own wee forum, full of differing opinions, doom and gloom merchants and s***e comedians!!  🤪

Granted.

But football is and always has been a sport where spectators criticise and ‘offer advice’ to professional players when they are nowhere near at the same level of those players whom they are telling how to do their job better.

Social media has obviously given those type of people (me included, I admit) a much wider platform to air such ‘advice’.

Actually ive ended up agreeing with you re " the bois" and the never ending fines but I won't make a habit of it
