I'm just wondering that with Clarky now gone if there's anything or anybody left at the club we allegedly support that we actually like. I think over the last few weeks if I'm not wrong I'm picking up that every single one of our players is shite, our officials couldny run a grand national sweepstake and just generally everything about our club is just plain old piss poor. I reckon the best use of the recent transfer fees woild be to invest in some huge fuck off mirrors that face into the stands so that every single one of us could have a long hard fucking look at ourselves. I actually think we're getting worse! I reckon in the last week or so every single element of our club from top to bottom has been slated. Its about time we as a support get behind the team in particular the younger players in the squad who are the lifeblood and the future of our club. The good thing about Forums is that we can vent our frustration but its time we started being more constructive in our critiscism and not so personal, why some people feel the need to personally abuse some of our players confounds me. The team and club are going through massive transition on the pitch and they are really going to need or support and backing in the next few months. If the team are happy they will play well, lets make them realise that we do support them through thick and thin and hope that in doing so they can give us the effort and results that we deserve as supporters. That's human nature and unlikely to change. Having said that, however, for reasons that I have never quite understood, and for as long as I have been going to Fir Park, there has been a significant faction of fans who seem to loudly (and irrationally) complain about everything. He adds experience and appears to have a place in his heart for the well (see his interview about taking training on BBC) The young lads I havn't really seen so will reserve judgement. Fitz I know devides opinions but I think he is still learning his trade and will be a good player given time to develop. Lasley I think is a cracking player though he was critisised for his performance the other night. He will be one of the most experienced players that we have and I can see him relishing that role. Reynolds still learning but a good player non the less. He just needs a bit of confidence and again teams will be coming in with 1 million plus bids. oh and pies I like pies..... The problem is Steve that good news for this club has been few and far between for some time now, the only bright point being the appointment of Gannon quickly soured by the two defeats to part time Welsh teams. Add to this half the team being sold down the swanee the other half not sure whether it's staying or not, the new strip not exactly being the dog's bollocks (as advertised), and the truth is if we didn't moan about it we'd all be swinging from branches in Strathclyde Park. Surely that is what this forum is all about, letting off steam and cooling the jets a wee bit. It doesn't take much to win me over effort and commitment, thats why i liked klimpl there was no doubt he was rash in the tackle but he was commited. I like big flow he's at our club and a good chap!! The groundsman is now on my christmas card list and ehh stevie kirk and dougie arnott in hospitality there braw as well.
